The first stop of the high-quality product display and experience activity for member units organized by Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association is currently taking place here. The event aims to promote communication and collaboration among members, expand domestic sales, achieve mutual benefit, and unite for warmth.
Dong Cunliang, Director of Zibo Electronic Information and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Center, and Jing Dezong, Chairman of Huantai County Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce), were invited to attend. He felt very familiar to meet leaders and colleagues in the machinery industry here. Today's event is not only an exchange for entrepreneurs, but also a promotion of high-quality products. Entrepreneurs in the equipment manufacturing industry in Zibo city should develop together, support each other, and expand internal cooperation. Since its establishment, Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has done a lot of innovative and pragmatic work in the service industry and service enterprises. Director Dong requested that in the future, Chuang'erwo Company should refine its product recommendations, respond accurately to customers' needs and questions of interest, focus on explaining the comparative advantages, cost-effectiveness, and price advantages of the products, pay attention to customer concerns and pain points, and better and more effectively promote the company's high-quality products. The products produced by our Zibo machinery industry are mostly complementary, and we do not attach enough importance to product promotion, resulting in a significant gap compared to southern enterprises. In the future, we should attach great importance to publicity within and outside the industry, focus on promoting products, take marketing as the "nose of the cow" work, take marketing as the guide, shift from focusing on production to focusing on marketing, and develop towards refinement. To train marketing personnel and achieve precision in marketing work, enterprises must take a differentiated approach, improve product performance and cost-effectiveness, achieve product specialization and uniqueness, and enhance market competitiveness.
Director Dong pointed out that the Zibo Electronic Information and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Center is responsible for the management and service of the four major industries of electronics, machinery, metallurgy, and building materials in our city. Our mechanical industry should follow the requirements of Secretary Jiang of the Municipal Party Committee, and focus on the ideas of closely following the forefront of the industry, improving the ecological environment, extending the industrial chain, and developing clusters, to develop towards digitization, networking, intelligence, and platformization. Both large and small enterprises should explore more about their own development models and industry trends. Industry associations should organize more research and communication to grasp the overall trend of industry development, firmly transform and upgrade, and adhere to high-quality development.

We have made special arrangements and deployments at the annual meeting to promote member enterprise products and strengthen internal collaboration. The key is how to implement them and see practical results. The next step is not only to promote internally, but also to promote externally, like using a snowball to form a promotional network. We need to strengthen promotion work and expand market share within the association as requested by Director Dong just now.
Thirdly, it is the call and mobilization of association member units to improve quality and efficiency. At the annual meeting, we specially invited experts to give a report on lean management, which everyone thought was very good and practical. How to achieve quality and efficiency improvement, and gradually advance towards higher-level goals? Using intelligent, energy-saving and environmentally friendly high-quality products can not only improve the civilization level of production work sites, but also provide employees with a good production and working environment; It can also create on-site conditions for producing high-quality products, which is a win-win situation. I hope to do better in the next step.
