Strive to build the first branch and promote high-quality development of the industry
Commentary: The Hydraulic Branch of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association is the first industry branch of the Provincial Equipment Association, officially established on November 20, 2018. In the past six months, it has done a lot of work in communication and cooperation, serving the members of the Hydraulic Branch, and promoting and leading the high-quality development of the hydraulic industry in the province. The first half of the year has just ended, and the Hydraulic Industry Branch of the Provincial Equipment Association has carefully sorted out and summarized its own work. In the second half of this year, while striving to do a good job in various aspects of the Hydraulic Industry Branch, it will actively explore and innovate, and embark on a path of development for the industry association with its own characteristics.
In the first half of 2019, the Hydraulic Industry Branch of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Hydraulic Branch") maintained a good trend of steady progress and improvement in overall work. Some of the main business indicators of member enterprises have stabilized and rebounded, some have maintained stable growth, and some have shown a good trend, fully indicating that the fundamentals of the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the province are stable, controllable, and continue to improve. In the first half of the year, the core enterprises of the Hydraulic Branch achieved overall "double over half" in terms of revenue and profit indicators.
Under the guidance and support of governments at all levels, provincial equipment manufacturing industry associations, and member units, the Hydraulic Branch conscientiously implements its work deployment, shoulders the responsibility and mission of "leading the scientific development of the industry and guiding the healthy growth of enterprises", collaborates with leading hydraulic industry enterprises in the province to strengthen market orientation, advocate technological leadership, and achieve win-win cooperation. The Hydraulic Branch breaks through the boundaries between enterprises and regions, connects the upstream, midstream, and downstream industrial chains, links domestic and international technological cooperation and exchange, gathers industry resources and strength, and plays the advantages and roles that the platform should have. It has achieved new achievements in "transformation and upgrading, technological innovation, integration of industrialization and informatization, and kinetic energy conversion".
1Steady progress、Innovation leads, scientific development
Actively implement the new and old kinetic energy conversion project and accelerate the localization process of core hydraulic components. The hydraulic motors produced by the president's unit, Lechuan, have ranked first among domestic brands in the domestic market for three consecutive years (according to statistics from the China Construction Machinery Industry Association). The sales of main engine matching and network marketing have increased by 92.3% year-on-year compared to last year. Domestic brands account for 53% of the domestic market share, reversing the dominance of foreign brands and significantly reducing the cost of core hydraulic components. Hydraulic branch enterprises led by Lechuan Hydraulic have joined hands with strategic partners such as Sany Heavy Industry, Yuchai Heavy Industry, Shanhe Intelligent, Shandong Caterpillar, Zoomlion Heavy Industry, Shandong Hengte, etc., to enhance their customer market competitiveness. Lechuan Hydraulic was awarded the title of Leading Enterprise in Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Shandong Province in June.

Persist in promoting innovation driven, accelerate the implementation of key hydraulic technology innovation and leading innovation. In the field of high-end hydraulic components, the Hydraulic Branch has established deep cooperation with aircraft engine manufacturers, achieving key breakthroughs in the research and development of products such as EDP engine direct drive pumps and aviation fuel pumps. The member units of the Hydraulic Branch have established various forms of cooperation, such as OEM manufacturing and technical support, with world-renowned enterprises such as Caterpillar, Hanshen HAENCHEN from Germany, Rexroth from Germany, and HAWE from Germany. The company's own product design and research and development capabilities, production process technology, etc. have significantly improved.
2、 Market driven, multi pronged approach, win-win cooperation
Continuously promoting international market development and international exchange and cooperation, continuously consolidating industry strength, and vigorously building an influential brand association. Weitai Hydraulic, the secretary-general unit of the Hydraulic Branch, has leveraged its international marketing network advantages to achieve overseas talent recruitment in 10 countries including the United States, France, Ukraine, Australia, Spain, Russia, and Ecuador, building a first-class international operation team. Its export volume has grown by more than 50% for three consecutive years, and its overseas market development has taken off comprehensively. It provides services for member enterprises to benchmark internationally and enhance brand influence, laying a solid foundation for hydraulic enterprises in Shandong Province to "go global".

The Hydraulic Branch focuses on communication and contact with international engineering machinery industry organizations, establishing cooperative relationships with nearly 40 international industry associations, and conducting multi-faceted strategic cooperation through international technical liaison conferences, international exhibition cooperation, and other means. In the first half of the year, the Hydraulic Branch organized 21 domestic and international industry exhibitions, effectively enhancing the overall international image of the hydraulic industry in Shandong Province.

3、 Never forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission, and firmly adhere to the concept
The primary task of the Hydraulic Branch is to follow the ideas, do practical things, and promote development for member enterprises. In the face of the new situation of industry adjustment and transformation, the Hydraulic Branch strengthens the promotion and implementation of national policies and industry propositions through relevant meetings and media networks, strengthens the confidence of member enterprises, and consolidates consensus. The Hydraulic Branch actively participates in relevant analysis meetings of government departments and provincial associations, timely responds to enterprise demands in response to new situations and problems, and strives for support; Strengthen statistical information work, monitor and analyze industry operation dynamics, form opinions and suggestions, and work with relevant enterprises to take measures to solve problems.

液压分会将走访、调研会员单位活动贯穿整个上半年工作中。会长、秘书长对多家液压及相关企业开展了十余次走访活动，充分发挥液压分会桥梁纽带作用。液压分会领导班子与企业负责人面对面交流，了解企业经营现状、听取企业意见，帮助企业解决在升级发展、经营管理中的问题；将会员单位呼声及时反映给行业主管部门参考，征求会员单位对液压分会工作意见。

积极推进会员企业交流活动,提升行业整体发展水平。液压分会充分利用座谈会、讲座、参观考察等形式，加深会员企业沟通和友谊，促进行业有序竞争和健康发展；组织会员企业开展向先进企业学习活动，帮助企业负责人查找差距，转变观念，提高争创优质企业的理念；学习、借鉴联盟协会及龙头企业的成功经验，为后续工作更好地开展提供了保障。
