Large order for tin press centrifuge exported to Thailand

Hydrogen fuel research landing in Liberation Engine Division
On April 25th, the world's top automotive event, the Shanghai Auto Show, came to a perfect conclusion. The highly anticipated independent brand FAW Hongqi made a stunning debut with its H5 FCEV (fuel cell electric vehicle), attracting the attention of numerous industries, media, and audiences. The project is undertaken by China FAW, with joint participation from Tongji University and Liberation Engine Business Unit in independent development. The engine adopts metal bipolar plate single stack technology, with a system power of up to 50kW and a volume specific power of 400W/L, leading similar domestic products. At the same time, it has the characteristics of system integration, design integration, and development platformization. As a participating unit of the project, the Forward looking Technology Research Institute of the Liberation Engine Division undertook the design and development of hydrogen circulation pumps, overcoming multiple technical difficulties such as hydrogen embrittlement, sealing, hydrogen safety, and cold start. From design to trial production, from materials to processes, all were independently completed, breaking down the barrier of imported hydrogen circulation pumps for high-power fuel cell engines. On May 8th, at the Rolls Royce Global Aerospace Suppliers Conference 2019 held in Nottingham, UK, Wuxi Turbine Blades Co., Ltd. stood out from global suppliers with outstanding project performance in recent years and was awarded the Rolls Royce 2018 Trusted Excellence Delivery Award, becoming the only supplier in the year and the first supplier in the Asia Pacific region to receive this honor. The company has been cooperating with Rolls Royce for 8 years, and the Rolls Royce project has gradually achieved a leap from stationary parts to rotating parts. The materials have been upgraded from aluminum alloys to titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys, and the positioning has been upgraded from the initial "international apprentice" to Rolls Royce's "Asia Pacific forging strategic supplier". At present, the company mainly provides aircraft engine components such as compressor rotor blades, suspension forgings, turbine disks, and short shaft forgings for Rolls Royce. 华光助力长沙打造中部环保示范点
日前，无锡华光锅炉股份有限公司中标的长沙市污水处理厂污泥与生活垃圾清洁焚烧协同处置二期工程项目4×750t/d垃圾焚烧余热锅炉已进入全面设计阶段。该项目2021年建成投产后，可实现全市生活垃圾100%清洁焚烧，全面实现生活垃圾无害化、减量化、资源化处理目标，助力长沙打造中部崛起绿色环保发展示范点。由华光股份设计、制造的长沙市生活垃圾深度综合处理（清洁焚烧）一期项目6×850t/d生活垃圾焚烧余热锅炉已经成功运行一年时间，共处理生活垃圾近190万吨，日均焚烧处理垃圾5000余吨，通过焚烧垃圾发电近5亿千瓦时。（周 烽 原 野）
解放发动机事业部国六产品亮相雄安
5月6日-8日，第二届雄安工程机械、建筑机械、工程车辆展览会在雄安新区隆重举行，来自全国各地近100家展商共襄盛会。展会上，一汽解放携国六渣土车、国六混凝土搅拌车、国六洗扫车等八大车型重磅亮相，来自解放发动机事业部的国六发动机产品再一次成为展会关注的焦点。其中，新J6P 6×4 国六LNG渣土车和新J6P 8×4 国六LNG混凝土搅拌车搭载的奥威CA6SM3国六天然气发动机，最大额定功率达到470PS,最大扭矩为2100N·m,车辆起步更迅速；采用当量燃烧技术，百公里比燃油节省2-3L，一年10万公里可节省54000元；B10寿命100万公里，6万公里长换油，维护成本更低；柔性燃烧技术，集成式排气消声器设计，运行噪声更低；最高制动功率达到234KW，为用户保驾护航。J6L4×2国六洗扫车搭载的CA4DK1国六柴油发动机，最大扭矩达850N·m，升功率和升扭矩达到国际水平；采用自主2000bar高压共轨系统和高效燃烧技术，经济省油；B10寿命达到100万公里，可靠性更高；集成化设计，维护成本更低。（梁宣湛）
威孚天力汽油机涡轮、增压器通过技改验收
日前，宁波市江北区经信局组织专家，对宁波威孚天力公司年产15万台汽油机涡轮增压器技改项目进行现场验收。该项目于2018年7月完成申报，计划总投资6068万元，截止2018年底项目完成。该项目经过专家组成员现场审定，顺利通过验收。公司通过该项目验收预计可以获得政府补助资金270万元。（威孚宣）

特检无锡分院“移动报检窗口”送上门
日前，江苏省特检院无锡分院把“移动报检窗口”开进惠山成达物流园，上门为在用超期未检叉车使用单位集中办理报检手续，集中进行设备年检。成达物流园现有商户110家，在用叉车260余台。由于园内特种设备所属使用单位分散，是以商户为单位，并且人员和设备的流动性很大，这给园区的特种设备安全管理带来很大困难。无锡分院采取上门报检和集中年检的方式，既方便了园区商户，又提高了检验工作效率，受到园内商户和园区安全管理方的欢迎。（朱振新 王 珂）
大明运用智能设备提高十倍加工效率
日前，在江苏省靖江市工业园区的大明钢铁贸易加工中心，一台进口自奥地利的林辛格（LINSINGER）全自动铣边设备正忙于加工配套LNG储罐用9Ni钢钢板，其加工效率是普通设备的十倍以上。该设备2018年1月正式投入负荷作业，具有产能大、质量好、精度高，一次成型的竞争优势，特别适合服务大批量的工程项目性订单，受到众多行业客户的好评。至今，该设备已为船舶制造、石油化工、压力容器、工程机械、环保工程等行业设备配套服务，服务客户30多家，产量超过13000吨。（杨木军）
锡压众多工艺大机项目产品投入制造
4月16日，公司为河南首恒公司提供的2078、2080产品在中国化学赛鼎宁波工程公司进行了工艺、设备、仪表、自控、电气等图纸文件评审，用户及设计院认为公司设计的工艺压缩机组的主要性能等符合技术协议，达到设计评审的要求。去年，无锡压缩机股份有限公司承接到众多工艺压缩机项目开发订单，目前，各项目已紧锣密鼓陆续投入设计评审、生产制造，以确保按时交付用户。2022产品是公司为恒力石化公司配套的150万吨/年乙烯工程项目。鉴于该项目要求相当高，为确保在制造过程中按规范顺利进行，4月12日，项目管理部召集技术、采购及营销人员就设备制造见证和发货要求进行前期沟通，投入前期工作，确保该项目产品于7月底前交付。4月15日，0869螺杆机项目技术交流会在成都举行，与会各方人员经过充分沟通与协商，最终顺利确定了项目流程、项目进度以及后期工作等有关内容。
