Firstly, Han Huaisheng, Vice President of the Association and Chairman of Shandong Huapu Electric Motor Co., Ltd., read out the "Notice on the Announcement of Demonstration Sites for Association Member Enterprises".
At the meeting, Zhou Yong, Vice Chairman of Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce, awarded the first batch of fine management demonstration enterprises selected by the association, including Gongli Machinery Co., Ltd., Shandong Liuhang Reducer Co., Ltd., and Shandong Shuanghan Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd.
Zhou Longxian, Deputy Director of Zibo Electronic Information and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Center, awarded the first batch of intelligent workshop demonstration point enterprises selected by the association, including Zibo Bohai Piston Co., Ltd., Zibo Dagong Machinery Co., Ltd., and Shandong Xianhe Steering Gear Co., Ltd.
Association President Zhang Huixin awarded the first batch of product exhibition demonstration site enterprises selected by the association, including Shandong Yonghua Filter Co., Ltd., Shandong Jinggong Pump Industry Co., Ltd., and Shandong Bochen Water Supply Equipment Co., Ltd.
After the awarding ceremony, Song Limin, Vice President of the Association and General Manager of Shandong Liuhang Reducer Co., Ltd., made a statement on behalf of ten demonstration point enterprises. During his speech, Mr. Song mentioned that our Liuhang reducer has been awarded the honorary title of Association Fine Management Demonstration Point. Firstly, we would like to thank the leaders and experts of the association for their recognition and support. In our future work, we must closely unite around the association with President Zhang as the core, fully grasp the opportunities for mutual communication and learning provided by the association, actively participate in various activities organized by the association, adhere to high standards and strict requirements in fine management, make further progress, continuously innovate our work, play a leading role, and not disappoint the trust and encouragement of the expert leaders in Liuhang reducer. President Zhang Huixin delivered a report on the work of the second council session, which objectively and comprehensively summarized the main work of the association since its establishment, detailed the next steps of work tasks, and pointed out the direction for the association's work.
The main work of the association since its establishmentFirstly, the relevant institutional regulations of the association have been improved and perfected, and a comprehensive review of the management systems of the original chamber of commerce has been conducted, resulting in the publication of the "Compilation of Association Management Systems". Secondly, the association took the lead and jointly conducted a survey on the development status of 100 small and medium-sized private enterprises with the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce. Thirdly, regular meetings were held for the president's office and the secretariat's office. fourIt has strengthened communication and contact with the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, achieving communication from the bottom to the top and transmission from the top to the bottom. On December 27th last year, at the 2018 Annual Conference of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, member enterprises of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association won 31 awards and ranked first among 17 city associations in the province. Fifth, organize groups to go out for exhibitions and broaden our horizons for development. On November 29th last year, the association organized a delegation to Yiwu to participate in the China (Yiwu) Import Expo; On February 26th, more than 80 people from Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association went to Jinan International Convention and Exhibition Center to participate in the Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo. Sixth, preparations have been made for the Zibo General Machinery Expo. On March 5th, a preparatory meeting for the exhibition was held at the vice president unit of the association and Shandong Tongli Hardware and Electrical Company. Twelve enterprises, including Shandong Xianhe Yuexin and Shandong Liuhang Reducer, appeared in groups at the expo. Seven participated in the opening ceremony of Sufosi, where President Zhang Huixin and General Manager Sun Wenlong of Shandong Sufosi Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. signed a "Strategic Framework Cooperation Agreement for the Promotion of All Terrain Vehicles in Russia". Eighth, received relevant inspection and research activities. Nine is to establish and assess ten demonstration enterprises for refined management, intelligent workshops, and product exhibition halls. Ten conducted a special research on enjoying preferential policies, formed a "Research Report", and submitted it to the Vice Chairman and Supervisor for their opinions.
The main task for the next step is to gradually improve the construction of the ten major platforms. Platform construction is not divided into before and after, whichever is mature is built. Currently, the four more mature platforms are government resources, demonstration guidance, legal support, and intelligent manufacturing. The association resource platform, university expert resource platform, e-commerce platform, brand promotion platform, exhibition promotion platform, and dual recruitment and attraction platform are all gradually being implemented, striving to be gradually improved within the year. The second is to promote automation and intelligence into enterprises. At present, the prominent problem facing us is the difficulty in recruiting workers. We will start with mechanization and automation to reduce personnel, and implement automation and intelligent transformation to the best of our ability, striving to use fewer or no personnel. The third is to implement internal cooperation among member enterprises. The member enterprises of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association are already a large market, and there are many collaborations between member enterprises now. In the second half of the year, the association will conduct research and docking at an appropriate time, and then organize internal negotiations to achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages, and light asset operation. The fourth is to establish a database of association members and exhibition halls for exhibits. This work is already underway, and the vice president's unit, Tongli Electromechanical Company, has vacated exhibition space. The establishment of a member enterprise database and exhibition hall is mainly aimed at serving member enterprises, especially the never-ending display platform, which has been recognized by many municipal department leaders. The fifth is to organize internal and external visits and learning. In the third quarter, member companies will be organized to study and inspect enterprises such as Zhejiang Niuwei CNC. In the second half of the year, a certain range of internal exchanges and learning among member companies will be organized irregularly to complement each other's strengths and weaknesses. The sixth is to establish the association's party branch. Zhou Longxian, Deputy Director of Zibo Electronic Information and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Center, delivered an important speech. Director Zhou emphasized three aspects in response to the current situation: firstly, recognizing the situation and enhancing confidence. We entrepreneurs need to see both the difficulties and the advantages of our company's development, understand the current situation, and enhance our driving force for development. The eruption of the Internet, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and digital economy has changed our life, work and vision, which is a lot of beneficial aspects. At present, the machinery industry is facing a very good situation. As entrepreneurs, we need to recognize the situation, enhance confidence, and accelerate the pace of development. The second is to change thinking and take proactive actions. We entrepreneurs need to change our mindset and take the initiative to take action; To change our mindset and catch up with others; To change the single product service and improve the product through digitization and intelligence; To transform production methods, utilize artificial intelligence to transform production lines and reduce production costs; We need to change the market model, use the Internet, and implement it into the management, practice, market, and products of enterprises, so that enterprises can reach a higher level. The third is to never forget the original intention and pursue excellence. Our entrepreneurs should not forget their original intention. While striving for a better life for themselves, they should also make more contributions to society. We must further develop our enterprises in terms of kinetic energy conversion, Internet use, intelligent manufacturing, smart factory construction, etc. Just now, President Zhang made further arrangements for the work of the association. We, as member enterprises, must cooperate and collaborate with each other to make the association and enterprises better, and make more contributions to the economic and social development of Zibo City.
At the meeting, Lawyer Chu Wenying from Shandong Deheng Law Firm gave a special lecture on some legal issues related to the company's production and operation. Detailed interpretation of important terms at the time of contract signing, matters to be noted in contract performance, common issues such as contract breach, etc. The content is rich and practical, full of practical knowledge. Through learning, entrepreneurs have gained an understanding of how to effectively identify and avoid legal risks before they arise, and have gained a certain understanding of how companies can develop steadily and rapidly, improving their awareness and ability to protect their rights in accordance with the law.
