　　During the discussion and exchange, President Zhang Huixin, on behalf of the association's member enterprises, introduced to the research group the development status of 100 small and medium-sized enterprises carried out by the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association since its establishment, reflecting the common and individual problems encountered by member enterprises in the production and operation process,And several suggestions were put forward at the meeting: firstly, to solve the problem of difficult and expensive financing for enterprises, promote the effective implementation of policies related to bank enterprise cooperation, and provide strong guarantees for serving the high-quality development of the private economy. 2、 To solve the problem of labor shortage and recruitment difficulties in enterprises.
