　　参观学习结束，在山东工具制造有限公司会议室座谈交流。与会企业有：山东工具制造有限公司、山东泗水奔腾机械有限公司、泗水创力机床附件有限公司、泗水华鑫机床附件厂、泗水县超越机械有限公司、山东泗水宏瑞机床附件厂、山东泗水欧力机械有限公司、泗水路克机械有限公司、泗水金元机械厂、泗水县正恒源机械有限公司、济宁同力机械股份有限公司等单位负责人参加了座谈。

　　座谈会上，部分企业的老总作了发言。山东工具制造有限公司董事长、总经理徐庆杰说，泗水作为国内生产机床附件的基地，其规模、产品品种在国内屈指可数，生产的机床刀具、刀柄、夹头等门类齐全。近年来，泗水的企业通过外引内联在技术和新的管理理念上有较大提升，下一步在品质和产品档次要有突破，发挥自身优势，立足国际国内市场，不断满足客户的需求。

　　座谈会上，程永席强调，泗水机床附件生产经营根据各自企业的实际情况，一是要在优化产品结构，进行产品定位，走中端还是高端，准确定位；二是要正确分析优势、劣势，注重生产过程的细节，生产现场是关键；三是要从人员、设备推进自动化、智能化，加快两化融合，标准化产品生产线是趋势，是产品品质的保障。四是借助行业协会平台，加强企业间交流，实现企业之间产品的互补，抱团发展。

　　座谈会上，程永席、范成玉提出建议要求，充分发挥好机械协会平台作用，在服务于会员企业方面，一要及时了解会员企业生产经营中存在的主要困难和问题，帮助企业积极向上，地方政府部门争取政策支持。二要引导会员企业转型升级，在设备改造，产品研发上加大投入，建立自己的数据库，导入自动化生产线，提升产品档次，提高效率。
