The Secretariat Work Symposium of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association was held in Zichuan, Shandong Province

November21On [date], the Secretariat of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association held a working symposium at the Zichuan Jinxing Spring Factory in Zibo City, a member unit of the council. Association President Zhang Huixin attended the symposium. Secretary General Zhang Yingming, Deputy Secretary General Jing Changbao, Li Guanghe, Li Xiaodong, Wang Chuanqiang, Zhang Zhi, Hu Xiaobo, and staff from the association office attended the meeting.

At the meeting, everyone first earnestly studied the newly issued "35 Opinions on Supporting the High quality Development of Private Economy" by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee. Secretary General Zhang Yingming reported on the Secretariat's implementation11moon16Mental state of the President's office meeting. The deputy secretaries general expressed their opinions and suggestions on how to further implement the 10 work arrangements proposed by President Zhang at the President's office meeting, and made statements one by one.

In summarizing his speech, President Zhang first affirmed the Secretariat, especially the extensive work done by the office recently, and put forward requirements for the next steps of the Secretariat's work:

1. The Secretariat of the Association is the administrative body of the Association, with heavy tasks and significant responsibilities. We should cooperate and unite with each other, fully leverage the role of the association's administrative body, plan our work, and serve as a staff assistant to the association's leadership team. We should plan and stage the various tasks arranged by the association's president's office meeting, conscientiously implement them, and achieve practical results. I hope everyone can work together to create a new chapter in the work of the association.

2. Conduct regular investigation and research work. We need to conduct regular visits and research on member enterprises in different regions, grasp their needs and expectations, gather information, conduct comprehensive analysis, identify problems, submit them to the President's Office for study, help propose measures and solve problems, and enrich the work content of the Innovation Secretariat.

3. Give full play to the role of the Association's website, WeChat official account and the Association's work exchange group. Make full use of information networks to build a resource sharing service platform for member enterprises. At the same time, exploring the use of the association's website to improve services and generate some revenue, achieving the goal of using the internet to support the internet and the association.

4. Plan to collaborate and develop the market. Strengthen internal communication among members, hold timely training courses for marketing personnel of each member unit, introduce products separately, and sell together, so that more than 100 sales personnel of member enterprises can become sales personnel of each member enterprise. Make sure that you have me and I have you, work together to make the large market of the association's member units better and bigger, and achieve win-win development.

5、尽快建全完善协会各项规章制度，提交第二次会长办公会讨论通过。特别是会费管理一定要加强，严格实行会长“一支笔签字”的规定。近期，办公室要安排好2019年度会费收缴工作，严格遵守制度规定，坚决做到会费取之于会员，用之于会员，为广大会员开展好各项服务活动所用。
