Zibo Machinery Chamber of Commerce Group Participated in the Supply and Demand Meeting for the 2019 Graduates of Shandong University of Technology

      In order to further expand the channels for member companies to recruit outstanding talents, on October 27th, Zibo Machinery Chamber of Commerce organized member companies with talent needs to participate in the large-scale campus recruitment fair for the 2019 graduates of Shandong University of Technology. More than 20 companies, including the President Unit, Gongli Machinery Co., Ltd., Vice President Unit, Shandong Xianhe Yuexin Electromechanical Co., Ltd., Shandong Liuhang Reducer Co., Ltd., Shandong Huapu Motor Technology Co., Ltd., Shandong Yisheng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., Zibo Dali Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Shandong Shuanghan Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd., as well as directors and member units, participated in the job fair.

At the job fair, the booths of member companies of Zibo Machinery Industry Association attracted many graduates to consult. In order to attract more outstanding graduates into the company, employers have each set out the job requirements for the positions they are recruiting for. Graduates who apply shuttle between recruitment booths, actively communicate with recruiters, and proactively understand the situation of employers.

据了解，本次招聘会是山东理工大2019届毕业生大规模综合性招聘会，涉及机械、化工、计算机等多类专业。 

      Zhang Yingming, Vice President and Secretary General of Zibo Machinery Chamber of Commerce, visited the job fair site to communicate with the recruitment leaders of enterprises, gain a detailed understanding of the needs of enterprises and the application situation of graduates, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of employers on the talent cultivation work of the school.

       The holding of this job fair has provided a two-way platform for employers and graduates to choose, achieving mutual benefit and win-win between graduates and enterprises.
