10On the 17th of the month, the Zibo Machinery Industry Chamber of Commerce organized members to visit and learn from Shandong Jinggong Pump Industry Co., Ltd., Zibo Chuanqiang Motor Co., Ltd., and Zibo Yonghua Filter Co., Ltd. on site.More than 60 people, including Zhang Yingming, Vice President and Secretary General of Zibo Machinery Industry Chamber of Commerce, Li Yonghua, Vice President and General Manager of Zibo Yonghua Filter Co., Ltd., as well as the main responsible persons, deputy general managers in charge of production, and relevant personnel from the Secretariat of more than 30 member enterprises, participated in this event.
At Shandong Jinggong Pump Industry Co., Ltd., the well-equipped advanced processing equipment and clean production site have aroused everyone's interest in visiting and learning. The company's chairman, Chen Ziming, led everyone on an on-site visit.

The second stop of the visit was Zibo Chuanqiang Electric Motor Co., Ltd. As soon as we entered the factory, the strong and distinct corporate culture attracted everyone. The banner "Details determine success or failure, ability creates value" came into view when the workshop welcomed us. The chairman of the company, Wang Houli, explained that the details are like embroidery, where every step and process is qualified; Ability is the ability of a company to cooperate and do business with "foreigners" under the fierce competition pressure in the domestic micro motor market. For many years, Zibo Chuanqiang Electric Motor has been striving to enter foreign markets, with stable customers in the United States and products exported to multiple countries in the European Union, with 90% of products sold abroad. By focusing on details and improving one's own abilities, Chuanqiang Electric Motor Company's performance is thriving.
The third stop of the visit is Zibo Yonghua Filter Co., Ltd., a vice president unit of Zibo Machinery Industry Chamber of Commerce located in Yiyuan. It is reported that the company is a professional manufacturer of various imported and domestic internal combustion engine filters and filters. The company covers an area of over 150 acres, with a registered capital of 15 million yuan, assets of 250 million yuan, 560 employees, and 40000 square meters of production, warehousing, and modern office buildings. At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 25 million filters. Our company's products are sold all over the country and have been installed and matched for more than 20 main engine factories and automobile factories such as Beijing Ouman, Weichai Huafeng, Laidong, Tangjun Ouling, Changchai, Quanchai, Yangchai, Wuzhongshan Tuo, etc. We have also installed and matched for ship engine factories such as Zibo Diesel Engine Factory, Anqing Diesel Engine Factory, Shaanxi Chai Heavy Industry, Ningbo Zhongce, and shipbuilding enterprises such as Huanghai Shipyard. At the same time, we have matched with JCB, the third largest engineering machinery manufacturer in the UK, and our products have been exported to more than 10 countries including the United States, India, and Russia.
Li Yonghua, the General Manager of Yonghua Company, led everyone to visit the company's production workshop, digital exhibition hall, and ship filter laboratory. Through visits and exchanges, everyone praised Yonghua Company's development history, management planning, large-scale production capacity, and advanced innovative research and development capabilities. In the conference room of Yonghua Company, a symposium was also held where everyone had in-depth exchanges and learning.
Zhang Yingming, Vice President and Secretary General of Zibo Machinery Industry Chamber of Commerce, said in his summary that by visiting three benchmark enterprises, everyone learned a lot of advanced management experience and also saw gaps.
