Convention of Zibo Machinery Industry Chamber of Commerce (Draft) （ Passed at the first general meeting of members on August 26, 2009) This council is based on laws, regulations, and the characteristics of the association, and has been approved by the first plenary meeting. All members should abide by it seriously. 1、 All members should followAdhering to the principles of "voluntary, equal, honest, and trustworthy", we will carry out multi-channel and all-round solidarity and cooperation, and seek common progress and development. 2、 Members should engage in regular business communication, information exchange, experience exchange, and emotional exchange. 3、 Members should consciously abide by laws and regulations, promote lawful operation and civilized services, and jointly maintain the image of member enterprises and chambers of commerce. 4、 Members should regularly communicate and coordinate with each other to jointly maintain the image of the Chamber of Commerce, and should not belittle or exclude other members, let alone bully the weak or the small with the strong. In case of disputes and conflicts, advocate equal consultation; If negotiation fails, the Chamber of Commerce should first mediate and oppose the direct use of law enforcement agencies or other means. 5、 Give full play to the cohesive role of the Chamber of Commerce in Zibo, widely connect with members, and better serve members. 6、 When the legitimate rights and interests of members are harmed, other members should actively provide support and assistance to ensure the protection of their legitimate rights and interests. 7、 All members should take measures to jointly boycott those who violate the convention, damage the reputation of the Chamber of Commerce, and harm the interests of other members. 8、 All members should consciously accept the guidance and coordination of the Zibo Federation of Industry and Commerce and our Chamber of Commerce, actively participate in various activities organized by the Chamber of Commerce, implement the Party's line, principles, and policies, and carry out relevant resolutions of the Chamber of Commerce and our Chamber of Commerce.
