On July 15th, the "Yantai Machinery Industry Trade Secret Management System and Protection Mechanism Construction Training Conference" jointly organized by Yantai Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and Yantai Intellectual Property Association, guided by the Yantai Market Supervision Administration and the Yellow Bohai New Area Market Supervision Administration, was successfully held at the Yellow Bohai New Area Intellectual Property Protection Center. At the beginning of the training, Lu Lihua, the head of the Anti Unfair Competition Department of Yantai Market Supervision Administration, officially released the "Guidelines for the Protection of Trade Secrets in the Machinery Industry of Yantai City". This guideline is based on the characteristics of the mechanical industry, such as intensive research and development, fast technological iteration, and diverse confidential information. It provides systematic and practical protection standards, authoritative guidance for enterprises to build a trade secret protection network, and clearer "action guidelines" for participants in trade secret protection work.
