At the production site of Sijin Intelligent, the inspection team saw various models of multi station mid to high-end cold forming equipment. According to the company's responsible person, some of the company's products have achieved import substitution, and the technical performance of the products is in a leading position among similar products in China. Junsheng Electronics Co., Ltd. is a leading global provider of automotive electronics and automotive safety services, with a leading position in the fields of intelligent cockpit, intelligent networking, intelligent driving, new energy management, and automotive safety systems. The inspection team entered the Junsheng Electronic Product Exhibition Hall and personally experienced Junsheng Electronic's intelligent cockpit human-machine interaction products. They had in-depth exchanges and discussions with enterprise leaders on cutting-edge technologies, core business layout, and current industry development issues in the fields of intelligent new energy vehicles and automotive safety industry chain.
On the morning of November 26th, the inspection team arrived at Ningbo Haitian Precision Industry. Since its predecessor was founded in 1966, Haitian Precision has gone through nearly 60 years of history and has now become the largest injection molding machine production base in China. At the enterprise exhibition hall, the inspection team learned about the struggle story of Haitian Precision Industry for nearly 60 years and was deeply inspired by the spirit of the pioneers of Haitian Group who dared to challenge themselves. During the visit to the production site, the person in charge of the enterprise said, "Since 2002, the company has been focusing on the controllable development strategy related to the industry, from developing injection molding machines to CNC machine tools, die-casting machines and servo motors related to the industry, and then to intelligent manufacturing." On the afternoon of the 26th, the inspection team visited Ningbo Feishi Technology Co., Ltd. and Sikes Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. Founded in 2001, Ningbo Feishi is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to innovation and industrialization centered on electric drive technology, providing system products and comprehensive solutions for the fields of motion control and energy conversion. Under the leadership of the enterprise leader, the inspection team visited the intelligent exhibition hall and production site, and provided a detailed introduction to the company's innovative practices in intelligent devices, production process optimization, data management, and other areas. Sykes Hydraulic was founded in 1985 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the production and sales of plunger hydraulic pumps. During the visit to the production site, the person in charge of the company introduced to us, "The reason why Sykes is able to lead the domestic plunger hydraulic pump industry depends on its manufacturing model, that is, from raw material selection and production to finished product delivery, without relying on third-party processing and production. The value-added part of all products is created by the company itself
At the end of the two-day inspection and exchange activities, the members of the inspection team discussed topics such as enterprise technological innovation, improvement of new quality productivity, continuation and optimization of the industrial chain, and market development.
