Focusing on empowering enterprises with new laws, Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association held a training session on the new company law at Xiangshun Company

In order to help member companies gain a deeper understanding and mastery of the relevant provisions of the newly revised Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), and improve their ability to operate in accordance with the law, regulate management, and develop in compliance, on August 1st, the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association's new "Public Justice" training activity was successfully held in the conference room of Shandong Xiangshun Financial and Tax Services Co., Ltd. Zhang Huixin, President of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, attended the event and delivered a speech.

The conference specially invited Wang Jingchun, General Manager of Shandong Xiangshun Financial and Tax Service Company, Zhang Ke, a full-time lawyer from Shandong Kangqiao (Zibo) Law Firm, and Xu Jiazuo, a lawyer from Shandong Kangqiao (Zibo) Law Firm, to provide special training on legal and tax matters. In the training class, Lawyer Zhang Ke analyzed relevant legal provisions from four aspects: the adjustment of the capital contribution system, the full payment of capital within five years, the legal risks of equity transfer, the legal risks of capital reduction, and the joint liability for simple cancellation. He proposed the legal risks that enterprises must prevent under the new Company Law and interpreted and analyzed how to avoid potential risks and problems based on practical cases.

Lawyer Xu Jia used actual cases as models to explain relevant provisions and share practical experience, thereby deepening the understanding of the new Company Law among the attendees.

Wang Jingchun, the General Manager of Shandong Xiangshun Financial and Tax Services Co., Ltd., conducted a comprehensive analysis from the perspective of finance and taxation, combined with the hot topics, doubts, and difficult issues encountered by the enterprise in operation, from the perspective of the revised content of the new Company Law and the significant significance of the changes. She focused on explaining the multiple tax impacts of fully paying the capital contribution within five years, related issues of equity transfer, the operation and impact of capital reduction, joint liability and cases for suggested cancellation, precautions for intellectual property investment, and risk points. Combining with practical cases, she provided authoritative and professional interpretations in depth and simplicity, which were deeply inspiring.

This training session has a clear theme and detailed content, and is a feast of legal and tax knowledge. It not only enhances the understanding and awareness of the new Company Law among the participants, but also provides strong support for the company to better and faster adapt to the requirements of the new Company Law, improve legal awareness and risk prevention capabilities.
