During the visit, Vice Dean Qin Haojie provided a detailed introduction to the future development direction and recent design and research achievements of the Industrial Design and Research Institute. The design and development of key projects in major fields, such as the snow wax car specially designed for the 2022 Winter Olympics, the new generation zero gravity cockpit of CRRC high-speed trains, the docking and erecting device of China Science and Technology Aerospace Rocket and land ship equipment, the military civilian quadruped robot and bionic intelligent humanoid robot, the world's first RFID ultra-low temperature biomedical cabinet at minus 86 ℃, the complete experimental equipment of State Grid Corporation of China, and the experimental satellite hyper simulation model, have demonstrated the charm of design and the power of innovation!
Subsequently, everyone had in-depth discussions and exchanges. According to the design director Li Chenglong, Shandong Industrial Design and Research Institute is the only national industrial design and research institute in the field of intelligent manufacturing. It integrates and configures key innovative elements of the industrial design industry chain, provides full process innovative design, full field brand design, and full industry chain integrated research and development solutions for industrial upgrading. It creates a fully empowered and integrated industrial ecosystem in the fields of intelligent products, intelligent design, and intelligent manufacturing, effectively connects with chain main enterprises and backbone enterprises to jointly carry out design and research and development, continuously helps to extend the industrial design service field and upgrade service models, and injects new innovative vitality into the industrial design industry in the city and even the whole country. At the same time, Director Li provided a detailed explanation of the World Industrial Design Conference, China Excellent Industrial Design Award, "Governor's Cup", and "Mayor's Cup" industrial design competitions held by the research institute in recent years.
At the meeting, Secretary General Zhang Huisheng reported in detail on the work dynamics of the association in the first half of the year. Director Hu Xiaojun explained the latest favorable policies for enterprises in the equipment manufacturing field for the year 2024.
President Jiao Yuxiang has put forward clear requirements for the next step of the association's work, hoping that member enterprises can combine their own realities, maintain stability, seek change, and innovate development, and contribute the strength of equipment manufacturing industry to the economic development and social stability of Yantai.
