Forwarding the Notice of Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Soliciting Members of Shandong Provincial Digital Economy Standardization Technical Committee

In order to strengthen the standardization work of the digital economy in our province and fully leverage the strategic technical support role of standardization, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Approving the Establishment of the Shandong Provincial Digital Economy Standardization Technical Committee" (Lu Shi Jian Biao Han [2023] No. 18), our department is responsible for organizing the establishment of the Shandong Provincial Digital Economy Standardization Technical Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Standardization Committee"). The Standardization Committee is mainly responsible for standardization work in the fields of digital industrialization, industrial digitization, digital value, governance service digitization, digital infrastructure, data security, and digital technology innovation in the digital economy. According to the relevant requirements of the "Management Measures of Shandong Provincial Professional Standardization Technical Committee", in order to ensure the fairness, openness, and impartiality of the construction work, the following notice is hereby issued regarding the collection of members of the Provincial Digital Economy Standardization Committee:

1、 Scope of solicitation

The committee is recruiting professionals from relevant government organizations, industry associations, universities, research institutes, certification agencies, enterprises and institutions.

2、 Committee conditions

1. Personnel who hold positions in legally established legal person organizations within the province and are recommended with the consent of their respective units;

2. Familiar with digital economy and standardization business, with high theoretical level, solid professional knowledge, and rich practical experience;

3. Possess a senior or higher professional and technical title (including associate professor), or hold a position corresponding to a senior or higher professional and technical title;

4. Comply with the regulations of the Standards Committee, actively participate in various activities organized by the Standards Committee, and fulfill the duties and obligations of a committee member;

5. The number of committee members recommended by the same unit shall not exceed 3; The same person shall not serve as a member of more than three technical committees at the same time;

6. Meet other relevant requirements of the Management Measures of the Shandong Provincial Professional Standardization Technical Committee.

3、 Declaration procedures and requirements

1. The candidate members shall truthfully fill out the "Registration Form for Members of Shandong Digital Economy Standardization Technical Committee" (see attachment) through the recommendation of the unit or individual application for support from their unit.

2. The unit recommended by the committee is responsible for reviewing the content of the registration form. After confirming that it is correct, the person in charge of the unit shall sign opinions at the designated location on the committee registration form and affix the official seal of the unit. The recommending unit is responsible for the authenticity of the content of the committee registration form.

3. Please send three copies of the Committee Member Registration Form (double-sided printing) in paper format and paste your own photo (recent front bareheaded 2-inch color photo), as well as one background photo (for making the committee member certificate), to the contact address before February 28, 2023. At the same time, please send the electronic document (Word version) to the contact email.

4. Our department will organize a comprehensive evaluation of candidate committee members, determine the recommended list of committee members, and submit it for approval according to the procedures.
