In order to implement the requirements of the "Top Ten Special Action Plan for Promoting High Quality Development of Private Economy in Shandong Province in 2022" (Lu Fei Gong Zu Fa [2022] No. 3), promote the integration of Shandong's "specialized, refined, unique and new" enterprises into the supply chain of large enterprises, and expand the online and offline market space of Shandong's manufacturing industry, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will hold the "Shandong Manufacturing • Online Tour" specialized, refined, unique and new enterprise procurement and sales docking activity in Jinan City on September 20. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Time and location

Time: September 20th, 9:00-17:00

Location: Qilu Hall, Shangri La Hotel, Jinan (No. 106, Luoyuan Street, Lixia District, Jinan City)

2、 Activity content

Select 15 domestic large enterprises with procurement needs from the Alibaba Cloud Procurement and Sales Platform (see Attachment 2 for the confirmed list of participating enterprises), and focus on our province's iconic industrial chain to select enterprises with efficient production capacity and high-quality products to participate in negotiations. The person in charge of the procurement enterprise and the high-quality enterprise in our province have a one-on-one docking demand, and directly reached a cooperation intention at the procurement and sales docking meeting.

3、 Participants

The procurement manager of a well-known domestic large enterprise and the sales manager of a high-quality enterprise in our province (no more than 2 people per enterprise).

4、 Regarding requirements

（1） According to the requirements of the activity plan (see Annex 1), the competent departments of small and medium-sized enterprises in various cities actively organize and recommend outstanding enterprises in industries such as fasteners, wires and cables, pipes, construction materials, building materials, and labor protection supplies to register and participate. The registered enterprises must meet the qualification requirements of procurement enterprises, with about 10 recommended enterprises in each city. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology screens the registered enterprises, determines the list of enterprises participating in the docking activity, and guides them to prepare well.

（2） Enterprises recommended by each city are requested to register for the event by logging in to the website or scanning the QR code before 12:00 noon on September 18th (see Attachment 1).

（3） Please have the small and medium-sized enterprise management departments in each city designate a contact person for the event and send their contact information to their email address before 5:00 pm on September 15th.

（4） Requirements for epidemic prevention and control. When registering, attendees must provide a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours and travel information for the past 7 days.
