In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the People's Government of Shandong Province on Printing and Distributing the List of 2022 High Quality Development Policies of "Striving for Progress in Stability" (the first batch) (LZF [2021] No. 23), the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Provincial Financial Support Policies for Promoting the High Quality Development of Industrial Internet in Shandong Province (LGXGY [2022] No. 144) and other documents, we are organizing the application for 2022 industrial Internet award and subsidy projects. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. For the basic requirements, application conditions, application materials and support methods, see the Application Guide for 2022 Provincial Financial Bonus and Supplementary Fund Projects of Industrial Internet.

2. Project units (central enterprises and provincial enterprises implementing localized management of projects) shall organize application materials in accordance with the application guidelines and submit applications to the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of the city where they are located.

3. The competent departments of industry and information technology at the city and county (including directly managed counties) are responsible for the initial review of application materials, on-site verification, and other work, and are responsible for the authenticity of recommended projects. County level on-site inspections must reach 100%, and the proportion of city level inspections must not be less than 50%. The content of on-site verification includes but is not limited to whether the declaring unit is operating normally, whether the declaring unit and the declared project meet the declaration conditions and relevant requirements, and whether the data filled in is true.

4. Each city is required to strictly organize project applications according to the time requirements, and within the specified time, submit the recommended documents and paper application materials (in duplicate, A4 adhesive) by EMS to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. The electronic version (including relevant supporting materials) should be sent to the designated email address simultaneously. Among them, the industrial Internet platform evaluation project is submitted on September 1, 2022; The submission deadline for the identification resolution secondary node project is October 15, 2022; No more than 2 industrial Internet parks and equity investment projects are recommended in each city, and the submission time is August 15, 2022. Any overdue recommendation will not be accepted.
