1.征集范围：省内外高等院校、科研机构、省内装备制造相关企业。
2.征集条件：具有高级职称相关专业（机械工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、工业设计、机械电子工程、车辆工程、智能制造工程、材料成型及控制工程、过程装备与控制工程、仿生科学与工程、增材制造工程、智能交互设计、农林智能装备与工程、应急装备技术与工程等专业）的教授、研究人员和企业高级工程师。
有意向入库者请填写专家库成员信息登记表，将word版和扫描件一并发至协会邮箱。经协会专家委员会审核，入库专家颁发专家证书，并邀请参加相关专业评审评价活动。
