Forwarding the notice from the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on soliciting experts from the "Good Product Shandong" Expert Committee
The Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (Intellectual Property Office) recently issued a notice on soliciting experts from the "Good Product Shandong" Expert Committee.

To implement the Shandong Provincial People's Government's "On Co construction and SharingThe Notice on Several Measures to Promote High Quality Development of "Good Quality Shandong" (Lu Zheng Zi [2021] No. 25) requires the promotion of the implementation of the quality strong province and brand strategy, and the creation of a co built and shared brand development ecology. After research and decision, the Office of the Leading Group for the Promotion of Quality Strong Province and Brand Strategy in Shandong Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Quality Strong Province Office") has established the "Good Quality Shandong" Expert Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Expert Committee"). We are now open for nationwide solicitation, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:
1、 Scope of solicitation
The expert committee has sub committees for industry, agriculture, services, construction, and general fields,Expert Committee appoints ChairmanOne Vice Chairman and several members, and one Secretary General.
The committee is composed of relevant personnel from industry departments, research institutes, universities, industry associations, technical institutions, news media, enterprises and other units.
Engaged in majors including but not limited to macro policy research, industrial economics research, brand building and communication, standard research, information technology research, blockchain, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, big data research, etc.
2、 Committee conditions
（一）拥护中国共产党领导，遵守国家政策、法律、法规，具有良好的政治素质、严谨的科学态度、良好的职业道德和强烈社会责任感；身体健康，为人正派，作风务实。
（二）具有深厚专业理论功底和丰富的实践经验，在专业领域取得卓著成绩，在业内享有较高声誉，并满足以下条件:
1.行业部门专家。工作3年以上，在相应的工作部门从事政策制定、品牌管理等工作。
2.科研院所、高等院校等单位专家。应具有副高级及以上职称，从事相关专业领域工作10年及以上，在本专业范围内具备领先的专业技术水平。作为项目负责人，承担省级部门及以上相关领域项目至少3项；或在国内外核心期刊，发表过相关理论研究文章3篇以上；或在相关领域承担过国家、省相关部门科技、奖励评选等工作。
3.企业、行业协会专家。工作5年以上，从事质量品牌管理、品牌传播、品牌运营、媒体宣传等工作，在行业内具有较高知名度。
(3)年龄一般不超过65周岁，在相关领域内有突出特长或取得特别突出成绩的，可适当放宽入选条件。
（四）有以下情形之一的，申请不予受理：
1.存在学术道德问题；
2.存在科研诚信不良记录；
3.因违法违规行为受到行政处罚；
4.受到党纪处分尚在影响期内或受到政务处分、政纪处分尚未解除的。
三、主要职责
（一）参与“好品山东”发展战略、规划和政策制定, yes.“好品山东”工作提出意见建议。
（二）研究、提出或参与制定“好品山东”标准体系及相关领域标准。
(3)参与“好品山东”品牌评价工作并提供相应技术支撑。
(IV)参与共建共享“好品山东”专项课题研究，推动相关研究成果的应用推广。
4、 Solicitation Procedure
（一）申报推荐。采取个人报名、单位推荐的方式。申报专家填写《“好品山东”专家委员会委员登记表》（见附件），推荐单位负责审查登记表内容，在登记表指定位置签署意见并加盖单位公章，同一单位推荐的委员人数不得超过2名。各单位可重点推荐国家科研项目负责人；创新创业人才团队领军人物；学科建设带头人；实验室、技术研究中心、新型研发机构的带头人；企业重大科研攻关和重大成果转化带头人，产业技术联盟带头人等。
（二）提交申报材料。Please2021年8月15日前，将委员登记表电子版（Word版和签字盖章扫描的PDF版，以“单位名称-委员姓名”命名）及相关证明材料发送至邮箱wujing@sdis.cn。
（三）审核入库。质量强省办将根据相关规定对申请人选进行遴选和资格确认，核定入选“好品山东”专家委员会的专家初步名单，并向社会公示，公示无异议后入选专家库。
（四）动态管理。“好品山东”专家委员会实行常态化管理，定期开展资质审核，根据工作需要和效果评价等情况，适时进行调整。
