Shandong Hongkang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly produces CNC sheet metal unwinding, leveling, and shearing production lines, new CNC direct drive milling and boring machines, machining centers, and CNC lathes. Currently, Hongkang's steel logistics and distribution project is in operation; The company has technology innovation platforms such as Shandong Enterprise Technology Center, Shandong Industrial Design Center, Shandong Open and Bending Roll Forming Engineering Technology Research Center, Shandong China Korea Open and Bending Equipment Cooperation Research Center, Shandong Open and Bending Roll Forming Engineering Laboratory, and Shandong Hongkang Machinery Manufacturing Academician Workstation.

Secretary General Tao Junyi introduced the purpose of this visit: firstly, to understand the operation of the enterprise market, cost reduction situation, and financing issues; Secondly, understand the demand for industry guidance funds and issues related to big data construction; Thirdly, listen to the suggestions of enterprises on the work of the association. And it is stated that through research, common problems existing in enterprises will be documented and reported to relevant provincial departments.

During the discussion, Chairman Kang Fengming reflected on the problems existing in the company, mainly mentioning that at present, some young people have not correctly understood the true connotation of the national policy of advocating mass entrepreneurship, resulting in irrational job hopping and affecting the normal operation of the enterprise; In order to promote the development of intelligent manufacturing, it is recommended that the country adopt the "home appliances to the countryside" model, formulate relevant support policies, replace inefficient equipment, and accelerate the technological transformation process of high-end equipment. Mr. Kang also expressed great enthusiasm and desire regarding the issue of industry guidance funds, and hoped to receive relevant national policy support. Special emphasis was placed on the construction of Hongkang Company's next intelligent logistics park service platform, aiming to create a first-class intelligent logistics project base in Shandong through intelligent transformation. At the same time, we hope to leverage the power of the association to build an intelligent logistics park service platform. Secretary General Tao Junyi stated that the association provides strong support for the construction of the intelligent logistics park project and collaborates with relevant departments to promote it.
