Notice on Assisting Enterprises in Applying for Subsidies for the "Work for Training" Policy _ Association Notice _ Notice Announcement

To all member units, professional branches, municipal associations, and equipment manufacturing related enterprises within the province:

To help member units better enjoy the benefits of the "Work for Training" policy of the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Project Fund Application Service Center of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association has launched the "Help Enterprises Apply for Subsidies for the 'Work for Training' Policy" activity. The specific situation is as follows:

1、 Scope of subsidies for enterprises to absorb employment and replace training with work

From January 2020 to December 2020, for small and medium-sized enterprises that newly hire individuals facing employment difficulties, members of families with zero employment, college graduates (including vocational and higher vocational graduates) within two years of leaving school, registered unemployed individuals, poverty-stricken labor force registered for employment in our province or those who come to our province, and vocational education graduates from technical colleges and special education colleges within two years of leaving school (the new hire time is subject to the earlier time of applying for employment registration or social security registration), and organize job training programs, the enterprise will be given a monthly vocational training subsidy of 500 yuan/person for up to six months based on the number of recruits.

2、 Subsidy standards for recognizing difficult enterprises through job training

（1） Reward Standards

1. From January to December 2020, apply for monthly rewards on a monthly basis. As of March 2021, you can enjoy up to 6 months of subsidies, with a maximum of 600000 yuan.

2、月度奖励公式：当月缴纳社保的人数*500元=当月领取补贴

（二）、申请条件

1、2020年1-5月，月同比2019年全年平均月收入下降50%，或能耗下降70%；

2、2020年6-12月，月同比2019年全年平均月收入下降20%，或能耗下降20%；

3、计算公式

2019年全年营业收入/12个月=2019年月平均营业收入

1）2020年1-5月

2019年平均月收入*50%与2020年单月比较，大于符合标准。

2）2020年6-12月

2019年平均月收入*20%与2020年单月比较，大于符合标准。
