Notice on Organizing Participation in Shenzhen Industrial Manufacturing Technology Exhibition and the 22nd Shenzhen Machinery Exhibition

Equipment Manufacturing Industry Associations in various cities, their affiliated branches, member units of various organizations, member enterprises, and equipment manufacturing enterprises within the province:

In order to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping to gradually form a new development pattern with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international dual circulation promoting each other, strengthen the exchange and cooperation between equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province and enterprises in southern China, explore new market areas, and expand the influence of "Made in Shandong" in southern China, at the invitation of the exhibition organizing committee, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association will organize a group of enterprises from our province (enjoying group purchase subsidy prices) to participate in the "Shenzhen Industrial Manufacturing Technology Exhibition and the 22nd Shenzhen Machinery Exhibition" (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition"). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Exhibition location and time

Location: Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Venue)

Exhibition time: March 30th to April 2nd, 2021

2、 Basic Information of Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition

The "Shenzhen International Industrial Manufacturing Technology Exhibition and the 22nd Shenzhen Machinery Exhibition" is the largest and most diverse professional exhibition in the field of equipment manufacturing in southern China. This exhibition covers the entire manufacturing industry chain, including machine tools, robots, factory intelligent products, industrial components, etc. It has become a benchmark for the manufacturing market in southern China. In 2020, the exhibition area was 120000 square meters, with 1175 participating companies and a total of 88563 visitors. The planned exhibition area for 2021 is 240000 square meters, with 3000 exhibitors and 300000 visitors.

Exhibition scope: CNC machine tools, five axis machining centers, gantry machining centers, precision machine tools, precision drilling and tapping equipment, electrical machining, CNC lathes, industrial measurement, CNC numerical control systems, digital manufacturing, spindles, power heads, screw guides, tool magazines, optical machines, drag chains, protective covers, indexing heads; Brand cutting tools, tool grinders, fixtures, grinding abrasives, industrial consumables; Punching, cutting, folding and sheet metal equipment, laser processing equipment, uncoiling and leveling equipment, loading and unloading systems, pipe processing equipment, medium and thick plate processing equipment, water cutting, lasers and components, stamping and automation equipment, software system testing, surface treatment; Pneumatic hydraulic, control buttons, communication protocols, industrial digital software, sensors, connectors, motion control, linear modules; Robotics and application solutions, machine vision and solutions, intelligent logistics and packaging, 3C integration and non-standard equipment, intelligent welding, polishing robot application solutions, dynamic balancing machines, electric tools; Reducer, chain drive, belt drive, gear rack, bearing, coupling, tensioning sleeve, brake, locking screw, soldering, glue dispensing, vibration disc; Precision machining parts, additive manufacturing, 3D scanning and measurement, molds, mold accessories, industrial materials, etc.

三、关于展位设置及收费标准

Exhibition Area Setting: 1. Shandong Province has set up a unified "Shandong Theme Hall" at the entrance of Hall 1, the core exhibition area of the exhibition hall (with 800 parking spaces outside the hall), with a total area of 1200 square meters. Through centralized display, the domestic and international influence of "Made in Shandong" will be enhanced, and the brand image and exhibition effect of participating enterprises will be improved. Enterprises can choose standard booths or order bare space for decoration. 2. According to the needs of the enterprise, the enterprise can also choose the location of other exhibition halls (also enjoying preferential prices).

Our province will distribute promotional materials, product samples, logo gifts, and play videos in the "Theme Exhibition Area" to expand the influence of our participating enterprises.

Fee standard: The organizer announces the price - standard booth: 19800 yuan/piece, bare space booth: 1980 yuan/square meter. After full consultation with the organizer and with the support of relevant provincial departments, our province will provide a 40% -50% booth fee subsidy to participating companies for this exhibition. The subsidy booth area is limited. Interested companies are requested to contact the association as soon as possible. The fee standard after booth subsidy is:

1. Standard booth in Shandong Theme Hall: 11000 yuan per booth (3 meters x 3 meters, including negotiation tables, chairs, carpets, spotlights, and unified door arches);

2. Shandong Theme Hall's bare space booth: 1050 yuan/square meter, with an additional bare space management fee of 20 yuan/square meter (collected on behalf of the exhibition hall). The booth construction cost is borne by the enterprise;

3. Standard booth outside the Shandong Theme Hall: 12000 yuan per booth (3 meters x 3 meters, including negotiation tables, chairs, carpets, and spotlights, with a unified door arch);

4、山东主题馆外光地展位：1200元/平米，另光地管理费20元/平米（代展馆收缴），展位搭建费用由企业自理；

注：1、有关地方部门的补贴不在此补贴范围之内。

2、如果因为疫情原因导致2021年展会取消或延期

山东展团企业可以选择退费或跟着展会延期。

请各地市装备制造业协会、各直属分会、各团体会员单位高度重视此次展览和相关活动，认真遴选协会的优势企业和产品，优先推荐单项冠军、首台套、专精特新等科技创新企业，做好发动和组织工作。

四、参展配套活动

1、举办推介会。利用展会平台，选择优秀企业在展区内举办产品推介会，以直接对接采购商的方式推介“山东制造”的优势产品，大力开拓华南地区市场。

2、开展交流对接。组织有关行业协会及企业开展观摩交流活动。与深圳工业技术创新联盟（工创联）、宝安智能制造协会、东莞市机床工具行业协会、佛山市机械装备协会开展洽谈交流。
