In order to deepen the exchange of legal practice in Sino German commercial arbitration, serve Sino German economic and trade cooperation and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and help promote the high-level docking of "Made in China 2025" and "Industry 4.0" in Germany, the Shandong Branch of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the German Arbitration Association have jointly hosted the "Sino German Commercial Arbitration Practice Seminar: Development and Opportunities for Diversified Dispute Resolution under the Transformation and Upgrading of the Sino German Manufacturing Industry" on September 24, 2020. The conference will invite authoritative arbitration legal practice experts from China and Germany, as well as CIETAC arbitrators who are familiar with trade dispute resolution, to discuss the opportunities and challenges of diversified dispute resolution under the new pattern of economic and trade development, and to propose corresponding strategies.
