Notice on the Selection of the "2020 (First) Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Award"

Equipment manufacturing industry associations, professional branches (group member units), member enterprises, and equipment manufacturing related enterprises (units) in various cities:

In order to commend the units that have made outstanding contributions to the product R&D and scientific and technological innovation work of Shandong equipment manufacturing industry, encourage the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, and promote the transformation of new and old drivers of the equipment manufacturing industry in the province, closely surrounding the spirit of the documents of the General Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province, such as the Implementation Plan for the Transformation and Upgrading of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry (LZBZ [2018] No. 254), the Development Plan for Shandong High end Equipment Manufacturing Industry (2018-2025) (LZBZ [2018] No. 244), and in accordance with the provisions of the Guidance on Further Encouraging and Regulating Social Forces to Set up Science and Technology Awards (LKZ [2018] No. 129) issued by the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province, Notice on Registration and Filing of Social Science and Technology Awards In response to the new situation and requirements of empowering the equipment manufacturing industry with cloud computing and big data, our association has formulated the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association Science and Technology Innovation Award Incentive Measures" and organized the selection of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association Science and Technology Innovation Award. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

（1） The applying unit should be a member unit of the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, the Municipal Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, a member unit of a professional branch, a member unit of a group, an equipment manufacturing enterprise in Shandong Province, and related research institutes and universities.

（二）已申报过同级及以上奖励的成果原则上不得重复申报。

2、 Declaration conditions and requirements

（1） Please follow the provisions of the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association Science and Technology Innovation Award Incentive Measures" and the requirements of the application form. Please refer to the instructions for filling out the application form for details.

（2） Declaration channels. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association's Science and Technology Innovation Award can be applied for in the following two ways:

1. Apply directly to the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association;

2. Recommended for application by the following organizations:

1）各地市装备制造业协会；

2）各专业分会和团体会员单位；

3）省协会认可的其他有资格推荐的单位。

3、申报近三年完成的研究创新项目，即2017-2019年期间完成的研究创新项目；

4、申报书面材料装订成册，一份报山东省装备制造业协会奖励工作办公室，电子版（扫描件或PDF）发送至省装备制造业协会邮箱。申报截止日期2020年9月30日，逾期不予受理。

三、设奖及奖励办法

（一）山东省装备制造业协会科技创新奖属在省科技厅已备案奖项，其子奖项为“技术进步奖”，设奖周期为一年。

（二）“技术进步奖”分为：一等奖、二等奖和三等奖,各等级的设奖数量不超过《办法》中的规定数。

（三）本协会所设科技创新奖中的技术进步奖按照《办法》规定，等级申报，等级内择优评定，即不降级、不升级评定。

（四）本年度科技创新奖在12月份召开的年度科技创新奖颁奖大会上进行表彰，代表领奖人为主要完成单位的负责人。
