Notice on Establishing a Rotating President System _ Association Notice _ Notice Announcement

Professional branches, group members, and member enterprises:

In order to further promote the daily work of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, fully leverage the influence of the chairman, supervisor, and vice chairman's positions, increase participation in the association's work, and further enhance the visibility of each chairman and supervisor's unit, the following system is formulated:

1、 Rotation scope: Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Vice Chairman;

2、 Rotation time: 2 rotating presidents per quarter;

3、 Rights and obligations during the rotation period

1. The rotating president shall fulfill the responsibilities stipulated in the Association's Articles of Association, be responsible for the work of the Association during the rotation period, and be accountable to the Council;

2. According to the work deployment of the council, responsible for promoting the implementation of various work of the association, guiding, supervising, and inspecting the daily work of the secretariat;

3．代表协会出席有关政府部门、国家级社会组织等单位邀请参加的重要会议，参加协会对外重要交流活动，轮值期间至少参加一次秘书处月度工作会议；

4．轮值会长在轮值期间遇到重要问题需研究时，可召集、指导协会秘书处讨论研究，审阅、修改省协会文件；

5．受理行业企业和会员单位的工作建议；

6．秘书处自觉配合轮值会长工作，及时向轮值会长请示报告重要事项。轮值会长因工作需要调整轮值期的，可向秘书处提出调整建议；

7．轮值会长轮值结束结束时向下一轮值会长做好交接工作，秘书处设置轮值会长工作记录本。交接时，明确需要继续推进的重要工作等；

8．处理协会重大事情和突发事件；

9．省协会在各种自媒体（轮值期内）、微信群等公布轮值会长姓名、企业职务、其他社会兼职和所在单位简介。
