Notice on the Selection of the 2019 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association Science and Technology Innovation Award

Equipment Manufacturing Industry Associations, Professional Branches, and Member Units in Various Cities:

In order to commend units that have made outstanding contributions to product research and technological innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, encourage the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, promote the development of science and technology in the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, and promote the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Further Encouraging and Standardizing the Establishment of Science and Technology Awards by Social Forces" (Lukezi [2018] No. 129) issued by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, our association has formulated the "Shandong Provincial Association of Equipment Manufacturing Science and Technology Innovation Award Incentive Measures". Based on these measures, our association has organized the selection of the Shandong Provincial Association of Equipment Manufacturing Science and Technology Innovation Awards. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Declaration scope

The Science and Technology Innovation Award of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association is divided into two categories: "Technological Progress Award" and "Innovative Product Award". The applying unit should be a member unit of the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Association, a member unit of the Municipal Equipment Manufacturing Association, a member unit of a professional branch, or a group member.

The project applying for the "Technical Progress Award" must have been organized and accepted by the project approval department, and have been applied for more than one year, with significant economic and social benefits; The application for the "Innovative Product Award" project must be a newly developed and manufactured industry innovation product, which has been on the market for more than one year, has been widely recognized by the market, and has achieved significant economic and social benefits. For other requirements, please refer to the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association Science and Technology Innovation Award Incentive Measures" (Attachment 1).

In principle, achievements that have already been awarded at the same level or above cannot be repeatedly declared.

2、 Declaration conditions and requirements

1. Please follow the regulations and application requirements of the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association Science and Technology Innovation Award Incentive Measures", and use the same application form for both awards. Both awards should be filled out in the form of technical projects. Please refer to the instructions for filling out the application form for details.

2. Application channels: (1) Group members (local associations, professional branches) of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association shall organize member units of the association to apply and conduct review and recommendation. If the professional branch temporarily has no seal, the branch president must sign. (2) Our member units can directly apply. Please organize carefully, improve the quality of scientific and technological innovation in the application projects, and do a good job in the application of scientific and technological projects.

3. Declare research projects completed in the past three years, namely research projects and products completed between 2016 and 2018.

4.申报书面材料装订成册，一份（含电子版）报山东省装备制造业协会评审办公室。申报截止日期2019年11月15日，逾期不予受理。

3. incentives

1、本次科技创新奖奖励分设两个类别，分别为“技术进步奖”和“创新产品奖”。“技术进步奖”分为：一等奖、二等奖和三等奖,各等级的设奖数量不超过《办法》中的规定数；“创新产品奖”本次不设等级，按照《办法》等级标准中的三等要求申报，设奖10个。

2、技术进步一等奖项目完成单位不超过5个,完成个人不超过7人；二等奖项目完成单位不超过3个，完成个人不超过5人；三等奖项目完成单位不超过2个，完成个人不超过3人。“创新产品奖”完成单位为产品的生产制造单位，且为产品归属单位，每个单位仅限申报1个，主要完成人不超过3人。创新产品或材料等被收入标准系列、名录的，单位应提供佐证材料。

3、本协会所设科技创新奖中的技术进步奖按照《办法》规定，等级申报，等级内择优评定。创新产品奖初评推选，终审评定。

4、本年度科技创新奖在12月份召开的年度大会上进行表彰，代表领奖人为主要完成单位的负责人和个人奖项团队的主要完成人。

5、表彰奖励颁发“山东省装备制造业协会科技创新奖：技术进步奖和创新产品奖”证书，并作适当的物质奖励。其中，“创新产品奖”只奖励获奖单位。

6、本次评审和颁发“山东省装备制造业协会技术进步奖”和“山东省装备制造业协会创新产品奖”是山东省装备制造业协会主办的首次重要评授活动，也是推动全省装备制造业科技进步的重要举措，今后将常规化，奖项将成为企业科技进步的重要标志。希望各市协会、各有关协会及分会高度重视，认真审核和推荐。
