Notice from Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association on the Implementation of Electronic Payment for Membership Fees

At present, the application of electronic payments and electronic bills has become very common, widely used in various fields, and has provided many fast and convenient services for units and individuals. Recently, the Finance Department of Shandong Province has launched an electronic invoice application system for membership fees of social organizations. In order to improve work efficiency and provide more convenient services to member units, the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has applied to the Finance Department of Shandong Province to open an electronic invoice channel for membership fees. The following notice is hereby issued.
1、 The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has been using electronic invoices for membership fees since September 1, 2019.
2、 After the electronic invoice is issued, it will be directly sent to the registered email address of the member unit. If you need to change the email address, please contact the member department when remitting.
3、 After enabling electronic invoices for membership fees, paper invoices are generally no longer used and can only be used in special circumstances.
