Seaside Midsummer Innovation First-Science and Technology Innovation Award Presentation Series Activities III
On July 10, under the guidance of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, sponsored by Weihai Equipment Manufacturing Association, and undertaken by Weihai Datian Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., the special training activity of "Science and Technology Innovation Award Policy Interpretation and Lean Operation Enabling High-quality Development of Weihai Equipment Manufacturing Industry" was successfully held in Weihai. Xu Lianmin, deputy director of Weihai Industrial Information Bureau, zhao Mingjun, Chief of Equipment Industry Section, Zhao Juntang, President of Weihai Equipment Manufacturing Association, and heads of Weihai Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises, a total of more than 50 people participated in the training. Relevant leaders of Shandong equipment manufacturing industry were invited to attend. The meeting was presided over by Xia Yongqing, Secretary General of Weihai Equipment Manufacturing Association.
In his speech at the meeting, Deputy Director Xu Lianmin briefly introduced the basic situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Weihai City, and at the same time put forward ardent expectations for the participating companies. He hoped that the participating companies would listen carefully to the main points of the application of the Science and Technology Innovation Award, earnestly learn the teaching knowledge, and use scientific and technological innovation as the guide, Lean management is the specific implementation method to improve the development level of the equipment manufacturing industry in Weihai City. I hope that the Provincial Equipment Association will visit and guide more in the later work to help Weihai's equipment manufacturing industry become bigger and stronger.
Zhang Haiping, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong equipment manufacturing industry association, made a detailed interpretation of the policy of the second science and technology innovation award: on the basis of summarizing the successful experience of the first science and technology innovation award, the setting of this award is more scientific and reasonable, taking into account different types of participating enterprises. The number of awards has increased from 33 in the last session to 90, and the evaluation process is more fair and just.She also explained the sorting of application materials, the review process and time nodes, and the key points for attention. It also introduces the service content of the two functional departments of the "Scientific and Technological Achievement Evaluation" special service meeting and the "Project Fund Application Center" and "Technology Development Service Center" carried out by the Provincial Equipment Association.
The meeting invited Lin Jing, project architect of Tianjin Aibo Rui Group and general manager of Shanghai Company, to share a special topic entitled "Lean Operation Enabling High Quality Development of Weihai Equipment Manufacturing Industry. Mr. Lin made a detailed introduction from the essence and breaking of lean operation, the promotion path of enterprise lean operation management, and the analysis of lean benchmarking enterprise cases. Through in-depth analysis of typical cases of lean management, the representatives of participating enterprises can better understand the essence, important value and implementation methods of lean operation.
