Notice on Organizing Participation in the 19th Harbin Manufacturing Expo _ Association Notice _ Notice Announcement

Municipal associations and relevant enterprises:

According to the Notice on Organizing Participation in the 19th Harbin Manufacturing Expo (issued on April 29, 2019) issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, our province will uniformly organize participation in the Harbin Manufacturing Expo, and the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association will be responsible for the specific undertaking work. The relevant matters are now explained as follows:

1、 Exhibition method

Adopting group participation and exhibition methods, we will showcase the excellent products of equipment manufacturing enterprises in our province, showcase the new achievements of the transformation of old and new driving forces and high-quality development of Shandong's equipment manufacturing industry, and highlight the theme of "cooperation, openness, and win-win". Utilize the exhibition platform to learn about the cutting-edge information on the development of equipment manufacturing industry and the new 10-year plan for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, strengthen communication and exchange, and promote cooperative development.

2、 Supporting activities

Organize the "Shandong Heilongjiang Industrial Cooperation Exchange and Matchmaking Conference" (see Attachment 2 for the plan)

（1） Time and Location: Afternoon of May 16th, Location: Conference Room of Harbin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology (tentative)

（2） Main content:

1. Speech by leaders of the two provincial departments of industry and information technology

2. Harbin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology introduces the development of industries and relevant policies for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China.

3. Representatives from enterprises in Heilongjiang Province delivered speeches.

4. Representatives from enterprises in Shandong Province delivered speeches.

5. Discuss and exchange ideas, sign a cooperation intention agreement.

6. Visit enterprises and have on-site communication.

3、 Exhibition fees

1. Booth fee: After full communication with the organizer, actively strive for group discount prices:

Indoor: 6000 yuan per standard booth (3 * 3)

Outdoor: 600 yuan/square meter

2. Payment method: Please transfer the booth fee to the account of the exhibition organizer, who will issue an invoice.
