Notice on Forwarding the "Notice of the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises on Carrying out the Evaluation of 'Specialized, Refined, Unique and New' Small and Medium sized Enterprises in 2019"
To all member units, equipment manufacturing industry associations in various cities, and relevant enterprises:
In order to implement the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting the "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises and the Plan for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (2016-2020), and to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises with "specialized development strategies, refined management and production, distinctive products or services, and innovative technology or business models", the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises has been promoting specialized, refined, unique and new standardization, evaluation, service, and theoretical research since 2015, helping small and medium-sized enterprise management departments at all levels to promote specialized, refined, unique and new work, and promoting the development of regional small and medium-sized enterprises.
After research and decision by the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises, the "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New" evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises by the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises will be launched on March 25, 2019. The relevant notice (Attachment 1) is now forwarded, and all member units and relevant enterprises in the industry are requested to actively register. Each city's equipment association, provincial equipment manufacturing industry branch, and professional association will cooperate and recommend it!
Enterprises that meet the application requirements in the "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" Small and Medium sized Enterprise Evaluation Method of the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises voluntarily participate in the application.
Enterprises participating in the evaluation must carefully fill out Attachment 2 (Information Form for Evaluation of "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" Small and Medium sized Enterprises), and submit evaluation materials in accordance with the requirements specified in Attachment 5 (Evaluation Method for "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" Small and Medium sized Enterprises of the China Association of Small and Medium sized Enterprises), and submit them to the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association for preliminary review.
The member units and related enterprises notified by the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association shall submit the materials to the Provincial Equipment Association before April 29th.
The member units and related enterprises notified by the Municipal Equipment Association, the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Direct Branch, and the Professional Branch shall summarize the materials for initial review and submit them to the Provincial Equipment Association before April 30th.
