Notice on Soliciting Exhibits for Shandong Province's Main Image Exhibition Area at the Shanghai Industry and Technology Expo _ Association Notice _ Notice Announcement

Each member unit:

The 20th China International Industrial Fair is scheduled to be held from September 19th to 23rd, 2018 at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). Our province has set up a 300 square meter main image exhibition area and is now soliciting exhibits.

According to the requirements of the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology, companies interested in participating in the exhibition can register at the local Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology or at the association, and the booth fee is free of charge.

Please refer to the notice from the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology for specific matters regarding the exhibition.

Registration method:

Before August 20th, all registered exhibitors are required to fill out the "Basic Information Form of Main Image Exhibition Area Exhibits" (Attachment 2) and send the electronic version of their company profile to the email of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association.
