Notice on Organizing Collective Participation in the 20th China International Industrial Fair
Each member unit:
The 20th China International Industrial Fair is scheduled to be held from September 19th to 23rd at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. The Shanghai International Industrial Fair is the most influential international industrial brand exhibition in China's equipment manufacturing industry, and an important window and platform for economic and trade exchanges and cooperation in China's industrial sector facing the world. According to the arrangement of the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association will undertake the work of hosting the Industry Expo forum and coordinating exchanges. At the same time, considering the high cost of participating in the Industrial Fair (starting at 18 square meters, booth fee of more than 20000 yuan), in order to meet the needs of some member enterprises to participate, reduce the cost of enterprise participation, help enterprises expand publicity, and explore the market, the association has decided to adopt the method of overall leasing and collective participation. The relevant matters regarding collective participation are notified as follows:
1. Booth area: about 100 square meters, with 15-20 exhibiting companies.
2. Display content and format:
① Display board: Each enterprise shall have a 1.5-meter-2.5 meter display board, which shall be uniformly produced by the association.
② Distribution of materials: Set up a promotional platform, distribute corporate promotional materials and business cards, and print the exhibitor logo on the main background wall.
③ Customer reception: Set up reception tables and chairs to facilitate the company's reception of customers.
④ Audio and video promotion: Set up LED screens to play corporate audio and video materials, and companies need to make appointments in advance.
⑤ Physical display: Enterprises can display smaller physical objects, and advance reservation is required.
3. The association is responsible for unifying special equipment.
4. Cost standard:
Member companies receive 6000 yuan, while non member companies receive 8000 yuan.
5. Other services:
① The association will handle the relevant procedures for exhibitors in a unified manner.
② The association can reserve rooms and provide convenient services for enterprises.
③ The association can provide docking and communication services for enterprises and domestic and foreign exhibitors.

The registration deadline is July 27th, and the order of registration will be based on the order of full quota (in principle, priority will be given to provincial-level or above single champion enterprises, hidden champion enterprises, project demonstration enterprises, industry leading enterprises, and key supported enterprises at or above the city level).
