Notice on Organizing Participation in the 18th China Harbin International Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo - Association Notice - Notice Announcement

Dear members and equipment manufacturing related enterprises:

In order to fully utilize the national policy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China and promote industrial enterprises in our province to explore the Northeast and Russian markets, according to the arrangement of the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, our province plans to organize a group to participate in and observe the 18th China Harbin International Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Harbin Expo"). The following is an introduction to the Harbin International Fair:

1、 Exhibition Introduction

The Harbin International Expo, co sponsored by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and the People's Government of Harbin City, is an important interactive platform for China's equipment manufacturing industry to "exhibit, discuss and talk" in the three eastern provinces. It has regional advantages in cooperation with Russia in the "the Belt and Road" strategy, including huge market potential for electric equipment, rail transit, automotive equipment, engineering machinery, etc.

1High end equipment manufacturing, industrial robot application technology, 3D printing, Internet plus manufacturing, scientific and technological innovation achievements; 2. Energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy technologies, new materials, and new energy vehicles; 3. Mechanical processing equipment; 4. Industrial control automation, power electrician; 5. Power transmission and logistics equipment; 6. Petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas technology equipment; 7. Welding equipment and hardware tools; 8. Engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining equipment, landscaping machinery, specialized vehicles, etc.

supporting activities

China (Harbin) "Made in China 2025" and the Comprehensive Revitalization of Northeast Old Industrial Bases "Summit Forum; Promotion and matchmaking meeting for equipment industry projects by friendly provincial and municipal delegations; Product promotion activities for some Fortune Global 500 companies and well-known industry enterprises; Activities such as visiting, inspecting, and coordinating equipment industry projects in Heilongjiang and Harbin.

2、 Exhibition time, location, and exhibition fees

Time: 2018May 17-19, 2019

Location:China Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center (301 Hongqi Street, Harbin)

Our province organized a group to participate, and the exhibition organizer gave us a price discount:

Standard booth costs 5400 yuan per exhibition period; Indoor bare space costs 540 yuan/square meter (with a minimum rental area of no less than 36 square meters and increasing by 18 square meters); Outdoor bare land costs 320 yuan per square meter (with a minimum rental area of no less than 25 square meters and increasing by 25 square meters).

3、 Organizational work

OrganizerThe Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology has designated the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association as the specific organizing unit for this event, to strive for preferential policies for exhibitors and visitors, and to provide convenient conditions for handling relevant procedures.
