Notice on Convening the Second President's Office Meeting of the First Session

According to the Association's Articles of Association, the Association is preparing to hold the second executive meeting of the first president's office as needed for work. The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

6、 Meeting expenses

免收会议费用（除交通费外，其他费用由力博重工盛情赞助支持）。

7、 Meeting requirements:

1.请协会各位领导根据平时掌握的会员单位情况，提名拟增补理事单位的名单。

2.由于本次会议将讨论决定许多重要事项，请协会各位领导务必参会。

    3.请参会人员填写《参会回执表》（见附件），以便安排食宿接待等事宜。
