         The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association is a provincial-level comprehensive social organization approved by the provincial government,2016year12Officially listed for office on a monthly basis. The main responsibilities of the association are: responsible for the management, research, statistics, publicity, and market order of the equipment manufacturing industry in the province; Serve as a bridge and link between the government and enterprises; Organize international exchanges, exhibitions, etc; Provide policy, technical and other information consulting services for enterprises; Undertake government procurement services, etc.

Our association plans to achieve core membership within three years1000Home or above, in Shandong Province17Each city establishes a branch, and the member enterprises of each branch reach300Home or above, with a membership count of6000Above home. Widely carry out external exchanges and establish inter provincial and international friendly associations.

Main responsibilities of the position:

1.省际、国际间人才、技术、项目交流对接。

2.金融、财务、法律、政策等培训咨询服务。

3.企业管理、招商引资等培训咨询服务。

4.举办论坛、会展、赛事、经贸交流等活动。

5.全过程供应链建设，开展大宗物资集中采购、内部协作等业务。

6.行业标准制定、鉴定、认证、论证及调查分析等。

7.承担政府购买服务工作。

基本能力素质要求：

    1.有相关工作的专业知识或相关从业经验，学历本科以上，相关从业经历5年以上，年龄45岁以下。

    2．具有关注变化、与时俱进的敏锐性和洞察力，具有关注会员，关爱同事，关心所有合作伙伴的理念。

3.有较强的策划能力、文案撰写能力、组织实施能力、沟通协调能力。

4.有较强的学习能力、创新理念、市场意识和合作理念。

5.具有干事创业的精神和团队合作的能力，坚持原则，主动沟通解决问题。

6.政治思想端正，身体健康，为人正直，廉洁敬业，作风踏实，实事求是。

7.具有全局观念和战略思维，勇于创新，承担责任，接受挑战，以及市场意识强，相关工作经验丰富的人员可不受学历、年龄的限制。具有法律、财务、金融、贸易等专业及长期从事企事业经营管理的人员优先录用。

1.交纳五险一金。

2.工资构成：基本工资+绩效工资+补贴+奖金。

3.工资:6000-10000元（部门负责人可享受年薪）。
