Shandong Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology plans to10Organize an economic and trade delegation to visit and inspect Taiwan in the month, led by leaders from the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology. The delegation will visit relevant economic and trade institutions, groups, and enterprises in Taiwan, and carry out economic and trade exchange and negotiation activities. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association is appointed by the Shandong Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission to organize relevant enterprises to visit with the delegation. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Registration method:

According to the requirements of the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology, enterprises participating in the delegation should have industry representativeness as much as possible. Enterprises interested in accompanying the delegation to visit Taiwan are requested to fill out the "Registration Form for Economic and Trade Inspection in Taiwan", affix the official seal of the unit, and send it in electronic form to the email of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.

1The Provincial Association will conduct preliminary screening based on the registration status of enterprises and submit it to the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology. After the list of follow-up enterprises is determined by the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology, the Provincial Association will notify relevant enterprises.

2The travel itinerary and other related issues shall be subject to the notification issued by the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology.

3This visit activity provides valuable opportunities and conditions for enterprises to learn and exchange. Relevant enterprises are requested to pay attention to it. Due to the tight schedule and limited follow-up opportunities, please arrange registration as soon as possible.
