The "2024 China (Shandong) Brand Products Central and Eastern Europe Exhibition and Shandong Cultural Trade Exhibition" will be held from June 13th to 15th, 2024 at the Hungarian International Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition is the only national comprehensive exhibition held by China in Central and Eastern Europe, and is jointly organized by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province. It is a very important platform for enterprises to open up the Central and Eastern European markets. In the 2023 exhibition, our province organized a total of 63 enterprises to participate, set up 90 standard booths, display an area of 810 square meters, and had 68 attendees. According to the organizer's registration system, about 9320 registered merchants came to purchase and negotiate, mainly from Hungary and more than 10 surrounding countries such as Croatia, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, etc. Our province's participating companies reached an intended order amount of about 42 million US dollars at the exhibition. In 2024, the Provincial Department of Commerce will provide a 70% pre exhibition booth fee subsidy (including basic construction, one table and three chairs, consultation desk, spotlights, carpets, power supply, and trash cans) and subsidize one cubic meter of transportation fees for the exhibition. The "2024 China Shandong Export Commodities (Russia) Exhibition" will be held from September 9th to 11th, 2024 at the Ruby Exhibition Center in Russia. It is hosted by the Frankfurt Russian Exhibition Company and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Mechanical and Electrical Products. The exhibition covers the design of machinery and automation equipment, complete vehicles and auto parts, as well as building materials and other raw and auxiliary materials. The Provincial Department of Commerce provides a 70% pre exhibition booth fee subsidy (including basic construction, one table and three chairs, consultation desk, spotlights, carpet, power supply, garbage) and a subsidy of one cubic meter of shipping cost for the outbound journey. The "2024 China Consumer Goods (Australia) Brand Exhibition" will be held in Sydney, Australia from September 26 to 28, 2024, hosted by Frankfurt Exhibition Group and organized by Shandong Baite Exhibition Engineering Co., Ltd. Chinese products will make their first large-scale debut in the Australian market. The local commerce bureau will subsidize 70% of the booth fee after the exhibition according to the local overseas exhibition development plan. (Please refer to Attachment 3 for details)
