28In the afternoon, Vice President Zhao Wenfeng, Vice President Liu Tao, and Secretary General Tao Junyi of the association led a research team to visit Taikai Group Co., Ltd., visited multiple subsidiaries of Taikai Group, and had discussions and exchanges with Chairman Huang Jiaqi of Taikai Robotics Company.

协会调研小组还参观了山东泰开成套电器有限公司装配车间、山东泰开高压开关有限公司智能生产车间等。其中，山东泰开成套电器有限公司装配车间占地面积近15万平方米，是亚洲最大的成套电器设备生产车间，车间已初步实现智能化生产。

码垛机器人工作站
参观后，调研小组与泰开机器人公司黄家旗董事长等座谈交流。黄家旗董事长介绍，山东泰开机器人有限公司是泰开集团全资子公司，是专业从事机器人、机械手、码垛/搬运机器人、焊接机器人、工业自动化设备的研发、设计、制造、销售为一体的高科技企业，致力于为各类工业企业提供整套自动化解决方案和非标设备设计开发。公司虽然成立时间不长，但母公司泰开集团经营机制灵活、资金雄厚，又逢我国机器人需求快速发展和广泛普及，专业机器人技术服务行业需求不断增大，泰开机器人公司在此基础上，重视科技研发和人力资源的投入，保持着持续增长的发展势头。

黄董事长说，泰开机器人公司可以为协会其他会员企业提供优质、优惠的机器人产品。陶俊义秘书长表示，协会将宣传推广会员企业优质产品，让泰开的优质机器人产品造福更多企业。

黄董事长对协会工作提出建议：建议协会搭建内部协作平台，展示会员企业经营信息，实现信息和资源共享，促进互通和对接，促进先进、优质的产品在协会会员企业之前实现协作配套。
陶秘书长对黄董事长的建议表示赞同。陶秘书长说，建立内部协作平台，正是协会工作的重中之重，协会将加快协作平台建设工作，明确具体细则，加快实现会员企业间的配套协作，促进优势互补、共同发展。陶秘书长还说，国家目前大力支持高档数控机床和机器人产业的发展，山东泰开机器人有限公司以科学的管理理念、务实的工作作风、雄厚的技术实力和精湛的生产工艺，定能不断提升智能装备水平，为做强我省机器人产业实体经济、发展中国智能制造贡献力量。
