Activate new driving forces for industrial collaboration with "chain thinking" - rotating chairman Wu Jianhua conducts research and guides the work of the Secretariat

On September 9th, Wu Jianhua, the rotating president of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association and chairman of Shandong Tailai Electric Co., Ltd., conducted research and provided guidance on the work of the Secretariat. Secretary General Su Hongxing gave a special report.

Su Hongxing reported on the overall development of industries in the province, systematically elaborating on the association's "four services" of serving national strategies, serving social governance, serving industry development, and serving member enterprises. He focused on reporting on the organization and selection of the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Technology Innovation Award" and the work of assisting member enterprises in integrating into the domestic and international dual circulation market.

Wu Jianhua spoke highly of the work of the Secretariat and put forward the methodology of "chain thinking" around issues such as "taking scientific and technological innovation as the engine and industrial chain coordination as the link to create new advantages of Shandong's equipment facing Europe and the United States and radiating the the Belt and Road". It is pointed out that the association must build a "chain ecology" in the future - vertically connecting the entire life cycle of "raw materials parts complete machines services", horizontally linking resources such as data, standards, policies, and markets, grasping fingers into fists, and forming a strong force for Shandong's equipment manufacturing industry.

Wu Jianhua provided guidance on member enterprises' interactive interconnection, collaborative win-win, and international market docking activities. In response to the strong comprehensiveness, large quantity, and wide coverage of the equipment manufacturing industry in the province, and the different needs of members in segmented industry chains such as electrical engineering, engineering machinery, rail transit, and mining machinery, a differentiated and segmented service concept of "one chain, one policy" has been proposed,The Secretariat must become the "central nervous system" of the entire industry, transforming chain thinking into chain productivity, and carrying out practical and effective technology and market docking activities for different industrial chains。
