In the face of this situation, the government of the High tech Zone has planned a nearly 100 acre human resources training base, which combines production and education in a "factory in school, school in factory" manner, breaking the existing education model and cultivating compound and practical talents. To alleviate the shortage of professional talents in enterprises and accelerate the cultivation of talents in the intelligent equipment industry. Encourage enterprises, universities, and social organizations to participate in the construction of the school, jointly create a new education model, and make the base a future intelligent equipment talent training and output base for Shandong and even the whole country. Secretary General Tao Junyi of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association expressed his agreement with the talent cultivation concept of "industry education integration" in the industry education park. Secretary General Tao said that the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has a good cooperation foundation with the Industry Education Park, and both serve enterprises, jointly assuming the responsibility of providing services for the development of human resources in enterprises. Secretary General Tao proposed a practical and feasible cooperation plan based on this cooperation:
1.Jointly build industrial parks. Recommend enterprises or projects to enter industrial parks, and jointly build industrial parks when conditions are ripe.
2.Jointly establish an industrial development fund. Jointly establish the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Development Fund to lead the creative development of the intelligent industry.
3.Strengthen international cooperation. Collaborate with international vocational education and training institutions to innovate educational ideas, teaching content, and methods. Secretary General Tao recommends that the industrial and educational park learn from equipment manufacturing powerhouses such as Germany, and recommends the German Handicraft Association and the Lower Saxony Management Institute as partners for future learning and exchange. The association will actively coordinate exchanges and cooperation with relevant foreign institutions.
4.Promote the establishment of social organizations.
