Leaders of Shandong Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce visited the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Association for inspection and research

On the morning of August 28, 2020, Director Liu Yongliang of the Member Office of Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Director Gao Noble Zhi of the Publicity and Adjustment Office, Secretary-General Ma Rong of Shandong Anhui Chamber of Commerce, Director Liu Jingchun of Shandong Green and Low-Carbon Economy Development Center, and Secretary-General Li Jing of Shandong Tourism Chamber of Commerce visited Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association for inspection and investigation.

In order to better serve member companies, service industries, and link social resources, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association applied to become a group member of the Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce. This visit is not only to investigate and guide the work, but also to follow-up with the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce. Member units have laid a good foundation for cooperation in multiple fields.

Su Hongxing, executive deputy secretary-general of the Provincial Equipment Association, extended a warm welcome to the Federation of Industry and Commerce and his party, and introduced to the leaders the basic situation of the association and the important activities carried out in the past two years. Deputy Secretary-General Su Hongxing said that Shandong Province is a major equipment manufacturing province, with more than 50000 equipment manufacturing enterprises, of which there are about 12000 equipment manufacturing enterprises above designated size, with a total economic volume of nearly 4 trillion yuan. The outbreak of the epidemic in early 2020 has frustrated the development of most equipment manufacturing companies. Under the current circumstances, the Provincial Equipment Association hopes to use the large platform of the Provincial Federation of Industry to link and integrate resources to open up a new path for enterprises to solve actual development difficulties. He hopes that the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce will provide support and guidance in many aspects in its future work, and jointly contribute to promoting the transformation of high-tech new and old kinetic energy in the province's manufacturing industry and achieving high-quality development.

After listening to the introduction, Director Liu Yongliang of the Member Office of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce spoke highly of the work carried out by our association since its establishment. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association has not been established for a long time, but it has won many awards that the veteran association has not won. Especially the work related to the first Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Science and Technology Innovation Award that has been launched recently is a major move that has caused a sensation in the entire industry in the province, it is an important activity that every equipment manufacturing enterprise should actively participate in, and the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce will actively organize and encourage enterprises to declare. Director Liu pointed out that the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce now has more than 200,000 members, 30 remote chambers of commerce, 20 directly affiliated chambers of commerce, and more than 20 group member units. It is a broad platform for the exchange and integration of various industries and enterprises. It is hoped that the provincial equipment association will join. Can jointly contribute to the development of Shandong's industrial economy.
