Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology reached a strategic cooperation consensus
6moon13At the invitation of the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, President Gao Ling of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and her delegation visited the Talent Exchange Center to discuss and exchange ideas on complementary advantages, collaborative innovation, and the establishment of a shared equipment manufacturing industry service platform, and reached a strategic cooperation consensus.
At the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Director Lynn Xue of the Expert Work Office first introduced the relevant situation of the Talent Exchange Center, and emphasized the development ideas and concepts of the Talent Center. Director Lin introduced that in the face of the new situation and tasks of government function transformation and manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading, the development concept of the center has shifted from mainly providing talent training services to comprehensive services such as talent attraction, project implementation, and industrial fund docking. In terms of development philosophy, the center has established the "four modernizations" concept of "based on platformization, market-oriented operation, international vision, and resource openness". Director Lin also introduced successful cases such as the Nanjing Integrated Circuit Project and the Wuhan Intelligent Manufacturing Project, which were led by the center. Director Lin also talked about the current "weaknesses" of the talent center, such as limited point-to-point connections with enterprises and difficulties in connecting overseas talents and teams in projects.
President Gao Ling introduced the relevant situation of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association. President Gao mentioned that one of the key tasks of the association is to focus on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, leverage the advantages of the association, integrate and connect favorable resources, complement each other's strengths, and create a service platform through cooperation to meet the needs of enterprises. President Gao also mentioned that the key to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is to change the mindset of enterprises, establish the concept of collaborative innovation and industrial symbiosis, and connect resources with platforms. President Gao fully agrees with the development ideas and concepts of the Talent Center, and stated that the Talent Center has unique advantages. The current "weakness" is the "strength" of the association, and both sides have a good foundation for cooperation.
Director Lynn Xue proposed five cooperation suggestions, including: jointly conducting talent training, jointly holding industry forums, jointly organizing industry competitions, jointly building and sharing expert pool resources, enhancing the ability to undertake government procurement services, jointly promoting talent recruitment projects of local governments at all levels, and jointly building industrial parks when conditions permit.
President Gao Ling fully agrees with Director Lin's proposal for cooperation. Both sides expressed that the Talent Exchange Center has a good cooperation foundation with the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, and will continue to explore and innovate cooperation mechanisms after the symposium. Both parties have agreed to collaborate on the joint construction and sharing of expert database resources, in order to achieve breakthroughs in serving the government and enterprises as soon as possible. Considering the advantages of the talent center in gathering and attracting talents, as well as the situation where the provincial association is building an expert database for equipment manufacturing industry, both parties have also preliminarily discussed the topic of jointly building an industrial development research institute.
Director Cao Xinqun and Dr. Li Tingru from the Education and Training Department of the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, as well as Secretary General Tao Junyi from the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, participated in the discussion and exchange.
