On the afternoon of December 14, 2019, the annual general meeting of the provincial association and the high-end equipment manufacturing development forum have just ended. Xu Shiping, executive vice president of Shandong equipment manufacturing association, sun Junhao, director of the member development department, and his party came to Shandong Vocational College of Commerce in Yantai non-stop, with Vice President Zhang Feng of Vocational Education College of Shandong University of Technology, Professor Hou Rongguo of Mechanical College of Shandong University of Technology, Professor Wang Deliang of Computer College of Shandong University of Technology, Professor Duan Caiyun of Shandong Business Vocational College, Professor Li Guowei of Qingdao Vocational College and Professor Tao Cuixia of Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College, they had a warm and in-depth discussion and exchange on the establishment of the Innovation Alliance for Inheritance of Equipment Manufacturing Skills and Skills.
President Zhang Feng briefly explained the background and significance of the alliance. In February 2019, the Ministry of Education launched the national vocational education reform implementation plan, which raised the importance of vocational education to an unprecedented height, and clearly put forward 20 reform opinions for vocational education. The first to bear the brunt is to train "double-qualified" teachers, and propose to divide teachers into majors to build a group of national vocational education teachers' teaching innovation teams. It is further required to carry out the pilot work of 1 X certificate system in vocational colleges. Therefore, it is imperative to establish the inheritance and innovation alliance. To guide and promote the development direction of Shandong vocational education with the strength of the alliance.
Professor Hou Rongguo of Shandong University of Technology briefly explained the mission, functions and direction of the alliance from five aspects: 1. Promote exchanges and discussions among schools, enterprises and industries. 2: to promote school-enterprise cooperation, integration of production and education, committed to professional, industry integration development. 3: Promote the reform of talent training model and the development of teacher groups. 4. Take teachers as the main body and develop a new mode of integration and development of production, learning and research. 5: service intelligent manufacturing industry development, the development of industry norms. Vice President Xu Shiping put forward constructive opinions on the future development of the alliance, and said that in the current turbulent period of education reform, we should seize the opportunity to actively promote the establishment of the inheritance and innovation alliance, make full use of government power, and seize policy opportunities to provide a strong guarantee for the development of the alliance. At the same time, we should organize the establishment of a preparatory committee as soon as possible to implement various specific tasks, and achieve solid promotion and one step at a time. The provincial association will spare no effort to participate in and support the establishment of the inheritance and innovation alliance, and promote the province's "integration of production and education" to create a new situation.
