During the meeting, Wang Shengjiang, Director of the Elevator Industry Office, introduced the development of the elevator industry in Ningjin County to the Provincial Equipment Association. There were 129 elevator enterprises in Ningjin, including manufacturing enterprises56Home,69Home sales enterprises,3Home maintenance enterprises and a training school, with nearly 10000 employees and a complete industrial chain, are one of the main pillar industries in Ningjin County; The responsible persons of Fuji Zhiyu Elevator Co., Ltd., Rhein Aijia Elevator Co., Ltd., Bolt Elevator Co., Ltd., and Sanli Elevator Parts Co., Ltd. introduced the situation of the enterprises and the difficulties and problems encountered in their development process, and discussed and exchanged ideas with the Provincial Equipment Association.

座谈交流期间，许世平指出，宁津电梯产业集群优势明显，在全省乃至整个江北地区都具有非常大的影响力，希望宁津电梯在今后的发展中重点关注以下几个方面：第一，智能制造是未来装备产业的一个重要发展方向，宁津县要做大做强电梯优势产业集群，做好行业大数据库，推动电梯整梯及零部件产业快速智能发展；第二，要鼓励引导电梯联盟迅速“动”起来，发挥产业联盟成员优势，助推产业规范化运行；第三，企业和政府从不同角度要制定打造品牌的切实可行的短期或长期的实施计划，特别注重产品的宣传推广，打造“宁津电梯”品牌新形象；第四，要以企业为依托，有的放矢，建立电梯智能化制造研究机构，开发高端智能化产品，积极争取国家省市政策扶持。

许会长在最后讲到，引导、指导全省装备制造业高端、高质发展是省装备协会的使命与责任，他希望双方务必以“务实”、“落地”的工作态度，高效落实双方商定的事项。他说我们三次来到宁津，主要就是想借省装备制造业协会这个平台的力量积极推动宁津的电梯产业实现新跨越、新发展，努力为宁津县的装备制造业转型升级和高质量发展贡献力量。

座谈最后，县委副书记邹波讲话中指出，宁津电梯产业优势明显，但是我们在努力实现整个电梯产业新旧动能转换的同时，要打造我们的拳头产品和高端品牌，不断引进高端人才，不断进行技术创新，形成我们宁津电梯的核心竞争力，积极推动整个电梯产业做大做强，努力把宁津电梯产业打造成电梯行业领域的领头羊！

座谈会结束后，根据省民政厅统一部署，在帮扶工作中发挥社会组织作用，省装备协会与宁津县大曹镇贾庄村第一书记杨硕就“投身乡村振兴，助力脱贫攻坚”有关工作进行了深入的交流和对接，当天下午，在第一书记杨硕的带领下，宁津县委副书记邹波陪同省装备制造协会许世平一行到大曹镇村镇企业宁津县宏志阀门有限公司进行了考察调研。
