Respected Chairman Li, Chairman Chen, Secretary Liu, and distinguished guests:

      Good morning everyone.

      I am delighted to be invited to participate in the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association2018Annual conference. Firstly, on behalf of Shandong Institute of Industry and Information Technology, I would like to extend warm congratulations on the convening of the conference and express my high respect to the entrepreneurs who have been able to overcome difficulties and work solidly in the face of complex external environment and economic downturn pressure, and have made tremendous contributions to the sustainable and healthy development of our province's industrial economy!

      2018This year marks the beginning of the comprehensive implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Our province conscientiously implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Shandong, firmly grasps the overall positioning and requirements of "two leading positions and one comprehensive creation", firmly establishes the new development concept, takes the top ten industries as the starting point, highlights the overall driving force of accelerating the transformation of old and new driving forces, and achieves steady growth of the industrial economy. Before this year11In the past month, the industrial added value of enterprises above designated size in the province has increased5.3%Profit growth continues to maintain at10%以上，其中新一代信息技术、高端装备制造、新能源新材料产业增长6.7%、6.8%and8.3%，分别高于规模以上工业1.4、1.5and3.0个百分点。高技术产业增加值增长7.1%，高于规模以上工业1.8个百分点，呈现出高质量发展的良好态势。

　　刚刚闭幕的中央经济工作会议指出，当前，我国仍处于并将长期处于重要的战略机遇期。全球新一轮科技革命和产业革命正在蓬勃兴起和迅速发展，新技术新产业新模式需要巨大市场的支撑和消化。为了抓住这个机遇，我省已经提前进行了谋划和准备。今年年初，全省新旧动能转换重大工程开始实施，明确了“以四新促四化实现四提”的发展路径；今年年中，省委省政府加大了“双招双引”力度，高质量、精准化落实招商引资、招才引智工作；今年年底，也就是几天前，省委省政府又进一步提出了“破解深层次机制问题、各领域各行业协同发力、促进产业链、创新链、价值链融合提升”的发展策略，为我省工业经济的平稳发展提供了强有力的支撑和巨大的动力。

    2019年是建国70周年，也是决胜全面建成小康社会第一个百年奋斗目标的关键之年，作为工业行业，尤其是装备制造行业，首先应该是坚持以供给侧结构性改革为主线不动摇，重点在提升上做文章，着力提升产业链水平，注重利用技术研发和规模效应形成新的竞争优势，加快解决关键核心技术的瓶颈问题；其次是要坚持高质量发展，着力提升创新能力，增加科研投入和高附加值产品的开发，加快工业互联网技术深层应用；三是要弘扬优秀企业家精神，弘扬自主创新精神，弘扬实业报国和装备强国精神，勇敢承担起中国装备装备中国的历史使命。

　　山东省工业和信息化研究院和山东省装备制造业协会有着可以追溯的渊源，分别从不同角度承担着促进全省工业经济发展的重任，我们愿意共同努力，为全省装备制造业的平稳健康发展做出积极贡献。
