The Shandong Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology has completed the institutional reform to the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology

10月1日，党中央、国务院批准了《山东省机构改革方案》。10月8日,山东省委十一届六次全会审议通过《关于山东省省级机构改革的实施意见》，标志着山东省机构改革进入全面实施阶段。10月9日上午，山东省委召开省级机构改革动员大会，对全面推进改革作了安排部署。山东省经济和信息化委员会于10月31日完成机构改革并举行山东省工业和信息化厅揭牌仪式。副省长刘强出席并揭牌。省工业和信息化厅党组书记、厅长汲斌昌主持揭牌仪式。 

　　According to the spirit of the Implementation Opinions of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shandong Provincial People's Government on the Reform of Provincial Institutions in Shandong Province,The newly established Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has integrated the responsibilities of the Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission (Provincial Office of National Defense Science and Technology Industry), Provincial Bureau of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (Provincial Bureau of Township Enterprises), and Provincial Radio Management Office,以及相关部门的汇总编制工业发展中长期规划和年度计划、食盐定点生产企业审批、食盐批发许可证核发、发展循环经济等职责，作为省政府组成部门，正厅级规格，保留省国防科技工业办公室牌子。同时，按照优化协同高效原则，将省经济和信息化委部分职责交由相关部门承担。
