Chairman Tan Songxiang warmly welcomed the visit of leaders from the provincial association and provided a detailed introduction to the establishment process, basic information, and future development prospects of the park to President Xu Shiping. He also introduced the basic situation of the Yantai Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Alliance. Vice President Xu Shiping introduced the basic overview of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and the key work currently being carried out to Chairman Tan. Xu Shiping highly praised and fully affirmed the establishment of Yantai Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. He said that the establishment of the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park fully reflects the "innovation consciousness" of Yantai's equipment manufacturing industry, which is in line with the requirements of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to accelerate the transformation of new and old driving forces in the province. The opening ceremony of Yantai Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was held on August 16th this year. The park is based on the Yantai Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Alliance, led by Yantai Jinchi Technology, Yantai Aidite Equipment Automation, Shandong Yanxun Intelligent Technology, and jointly established with Shandong University, Yantai University, Shandong Business School, Yantai Engineering Vocational and Technical College, Jerry Group and other units. It is the first intelligent manufacturing industrial park in Yantai City, aiming to gather and integrate the city's intelligent manufacturing software and hardware resources, and build an intelligent manufacturing system solution platform in a shared mode. At present, there are more than 40 settled enterprises, with a settlement rate of over 80%. The park is synchronously constructing three public service platforms, including an intelligent manufacturing public display platform, a robot training school, and a shared workshop in the park, providing professional and value-added services for resident enterprises as a crowdsourcing space.
